Beautiful beach house with its own private and secured swimming pool, at 5 min walking distance (500m) to Playa Calafat and the Port.
Located In a residential area, ideal for families.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI and a terrace looking at a 4m*8m swimming pool, a garden and BBQ.
The house was entirely renovated in 2018 with Air Conditioning in the 5 bedrooms and in the living room.
The house is on 2 independent floors: ideal for 2 families.
Groundfloor: 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed and its private bathroom (bathtube and shower). 1 rooms with a queen size bed and 1 room with 2 single beds ( ideal kids) for 1 big bathroom (shower).
1st floor:
(which communicates with the ground floor by an exterior staircase)
1 room with a queen size bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, both communicating to the same bathroom (shower)
In the garden:
2 dining tables + 10 chairs and 8 lounge chairs for the swimming pool.
Air conditioning available for an additional 90 Euros/week.
Bed linen and bathroom towels rental available for 110€.
Do not forget to bring your own beach/ swimming pool towels as they are not provided in the rental.
