DAR LEILA, a villa in Provence

Very recent construction (2010), the villa can accommodate 8 people; it consists of 7 rooms: a large living room, a large dining room, 4 bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Its surface is 260 m².
Each room is furnished and decorated with taste, and life is good because our concern has been and remains the pleasure and comfort of our guests.
Dar Leila is a luxury villa, beautiful and welcoming; respect it and it will return it to you a hundredfold.
From the portal, a gravelled path leads to the entrance. On the other side of the villa, a large 80 m² terrace with its garden furniture, offers a view of the swimming pool and the garden; a covered terrace where you can have lunch next door. Automatic watering guarantees greenery and freshness. In the center of the garden, the swimming pool and the pool-house invite to conviviality. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, built-in refrigerator, and items containing a full set of cookware and cutlery for 10 people, as well as essential small utensils. The small appliance is also very complete. A hanging garden serves as a patio communicating with the kitchen; it offers a place of calm and rest, and an outside dining area.
The 4 bedrooms are each equipped with 1 bathroom or 1 shower room and toilet. A hallway with toilet and sink completes the sanitary facilities for guests. At the pool house, there is a bathroom and toilet as well as a solar shower.
The pool measures 11.5 m / 5.5 m and its depth varies from 1.5 m to 1.7 m. It is surrounded by a tiled beach of 50m2, with sunbathing. The 20 m² pool house is equipped with a large living room and overlooks the full kitchen through a stone bar.
