The host was excellent! They were very responsive with any questions or needs we had and very friendly. The cabin is conveniently located near all the nearby attractions and easy to access.
Family of 6 had our Thanksgiving at the cabin, it was great we had plenty of room, beds were comfy, there must be a tankless hot water heater because the water was always hot. The river was amazing to drink coffee by in the morning, we luckily had a cold front during our stay so weather was perfect, has outdoor fire pit. Tried fishing but had no luck, and there’s no place to get in and out of river in front of cabin. Nearest Walmart was about 25 min away. We would stay again
Rented the cottage for a family weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from WCU. Very conveniently located to Dillsboro, Sylva and WCU campus. The river was excellent for the fishermen. Sitting on the porch listening to the river was relaxing. We also enjoyed morning and evening walks. Quite the little gem.
Our group of ladies enjoyed our time at this cabin. It had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. They provided plenty of towels and comfortable furnishings throughout. Stairs are steep for old knees so be prepared for that. The balconies/decks are spacious with a beautiful view of the river. It was fun watching kayakers going past. The geece came up on the yard which was fun. The hosts have great communication. Any questions I had were answered right away. There was ample parking and a quiet location. Close enough to what you needed but private enough to enjoy the mountain feel. Would stay again and highly recommended it., of towels, and e at this spacious cabin.
It was a comfortable stay although there were some things that could’ve been better. The house was very dusty and could’ve used a better cleaning, if there was any because when we arrived we cleaned a lot. The furniture had a lot of dust, the fridge was very dirty and we cleaned it inside and out, we’re super neat and as we cleaned the stairway handle, the cloth came out super dirty each time. The wifi lagged after a day or two
The house is nice, clean, well decorated, well equipped and cozy as can be. The river is amazingly beautiful and peaceful. Perfect place to relax and not too far from town. Would definitely stay again!
Location was great in proximity to everything we did. A short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Biltmore and of course the casino. Property was well maintained. 4 bedrooms - 2 on the top floor and two on the bottom floor.
