Grab your favorite beverage and sit on the balcony overlooking the lake! Hop in your car and drive one and half mile to the ocean, dining is less than a mile. Broadway, Amusements for the kiddies , and of course shopping is close by too!

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

$150 will be charged for late check out. If excessive cleaning is needed, or smoking has occurred, $250 will be collected from your security deposit.

Children cannot be left unsupervised, do not hang clothes on deck railing. (Per HOA rules) Fines will be withdrawn from your deposit.

NOT PETS! If a pet was brought into the unit, a fine of $250 will be collected from the security deposit
