Ocean view villa suspended in peace (2 bedrooms)
Oceana is a spacious 2 bedroom villa with swimming pool on the heights of Vitet. It offers a magnificent view of Toiny Bay and the ocean.
The villa is a haven of peace just 10 minutes from St Jean and 15-20 minutes from Gustavia.
Each air-conditioned room is located in a private bungalow and has a king size bed (160cm), bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, large dressing room, safe, and mosquito net.
The two bedrooms both have a sea view and are located on either side of the central pavilion.
The central pavilion consists of a large gallery / lounge / small lounge / as well as a generously equipped kitchen open to this bright space and from where the ocean view is unmistakable.
It also has an air-conditioned desk with sofa / TV.
Kitchen equipment:
2 refrigerators / freezers, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, citrus press.
Exterior:
Swimming pool (3m x 5m), gas BBQ, deckchairs.
Other equipment:
Beach chairs, parasol, table and iron.
SERVICES INCLUDED
Daily cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays), free internet, airport or ferry reception, a welcome basket including a bottle of wine, linens, bath towels, beach towels.
The tourist tax of 5% is included in the price.

This is an exceptionally beautiful villa with a spectacular view. Sigolene the manager was excellent in every way—from communications up to and throughout my stay, attentiveness to my questions, and help with any and all needs. The villa sits atop the island and has tremendous privacy, lovely living spaces, a great plunge pool, huge decks, and tortoises! I highly recommend this villa to any couple or family, or two couples, or even just for a solo traveler like myself who seeks peace and solitude in one of the most spectacular sites in the world. Rainbows and gorgeous sunrises with dolphins cavorting below are guaranteed!

Relaxing Getaway
This villa is ideal for two couples...the bedrooms are identical. The plunge pool receives sun exposure; kitchen is fully equipped and open to living area. Very private.
The view of Grand Fond/Toiny was beautiful. With the villa up so high, we could sit and star gaze at nights and then have the amazing sunrise in the morning. Cute turtles, crabs and goats visited us during the stay.
Only drawback is access to the villa which is a bit tortured and on a steep hill.
