In the heart of the new ski resort of Bois Méan Les Orres at 1,800 meters above sea level, at the foot of the slopes, the 4-person chairlift from Préclaux allowing direct access to the Orres ski area, our warm 40 m² apartment located on the 2nd and last floor with elevator in the Residence "Les Erines" is planned for 6 beds and will pass to 8 beds from mid-January 2020 !!!

Ski schools are close to the Residence.

The apartment is ideally placed, all the shops are adjacent to it such as restaurants, snacks, convenience stores, ski rental shops, a supermarket serving as bakery, press and sale of local products.

Very bright facing south, not overlooked, it is placed around Place Jean RIPPERT and benefits from a terrace with a view in the center of the resort.

This residence has the following sports facilities to meet the expectations of the most demanding clientele: SAUNA AND HEATED POOL.
These services are included in the rental price including the SAUNA (according to time slots).

The apartment consists of a large master bedroom with a large bed, closed with direct access to the terrace.
Another closed bedroom allows children to have their own space with its 2 single beds (at the start of the February holidays, there will be 2 double bunk beds instead of the 2 single beds !!!)

Currently, the living room includes a convertible sofa to accommodate 2 people but it will be replaced by a brand new convertible corner sofa in early December !!!

THE APARTMENT WILL THEREFORE PASS FROM 6 TO 8 BEDS FROM MID JANUARY 2020 !!!

The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, raclette / pierrade appliance, pancake party, mini fan oven, toaster (laundromat close to the apartment)
