About this property

The Loft on St Paul is a multi dimensional space that could be rented for a couple getting away from the big city for a weekend of relaxation. It makes a great launching off point to Prince Edward County Wineries and Breweries. The Sandbanks Provincial Park is a short drive south through Bloomfield. The Loft is also close to the Harbour so it is ideal for the Boaters coming into Meyers Pier, The Bay of Quinte Yacht Club and Crates Marina.

Come and enjoy the fully functional outdoor kitchen, complete with bbq, pergola, hot tub, sauna, outdoor bar and gas fire pit. Walking distance to fine dining, waterfront patios, the marina and miles of waterfront trails.

Some guests have noted a sulphuric smell, this is normal!

The wifi username and password is located on the chalkboard wall on the left hand side as soon as you come through the front entrance way.

All other details on how to use the tech on property will be in the welcome book on the kitchen island. The projector does work but is difficult to navigate. its connected to an apple TV. Remotes are in the Media Stand. Feel free to give it a try if you are techy!

So lovely!!

Really enjoyed our stay; more than enough space, super clean and quiet neighborhood with an amazing coffee shop down the street! Would stay again!!

Amazing place!

This was a very beautiful and clean space! It’s a lot bigger/more spacious than it seems in photos. The amenities were great - BBQ, patio, Hot Tub, Smart TV, Mic/speaker system, and fire pit! It was very easy to communicate with the owners, they were very responsive and left detailed instructions for everything in a manual for us. The space was perfect for a girls’ bachelorette weekend getaway, we really loved it!

The Best Place to Stay!

The Loft is absolutely breathtaking. It’s extremely clean with modern amenities and furniture. From the outdoor bar, to the hot tub, to the little stage area, it was by far the best home away from home! My group and I were thoroughly impressed with the amount of open space we had. Tim and Courtney were a pleasure to deal with, both extremely helpful and gave the best suggestions for wineries and food. I would recommend the loft to anyone visiting Belleville/Prince Edward County and I will definitely be staying again! Thank you Tim and Courtney for everything!

Beautiful Getaway

The loft is beautiful, well-cleaned space that is perfect for weekend getaways with friends and family. Absolutely recommend!

Horrible experience

Tim was not friendly nor was he inviting, when asking him questions his responses were short and curt. Furthermore, he took a long time to answer questions. He also failed to mention that the thermostat requires a code to turn on the heat and did not give us that code. Leading to the other patrons and I sleeping in the freezing cold. Many items in the house did not come with clear instructions, (TV, washing machine, just to name a few). This property rental took away from our overall trip, it is not something I would recommend to someone else.
