Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super unkompliziert. Meine Schwester und ich haben die Lage geliebt. Man brauch auf jeden Fall eine Auto, da es schon außerhalb ist, aber genau das ist auch das schöne. Wunderschöne Natur, Sonnenuntergänge und ein Weg zu Fuß direkt zum Meer. Die Unterkunft ist für ruhige Urlauber die perfekte Adresse

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Rande des Naturschutgebietes

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und hell und hat einen direkten Blick auf die Westküste bei Cala Comte.Sie liegt im 1. Stock einer schönen Wohnanlage. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die zwei Terassen, die von aussen nicht einsehbar sind.Als Ansprechpartner gibt es vor Ort die Eltern des Vermieters. Sie sind ein reizendes italienisches Ehepaar, das jetzt dauerhaft dort wohnt.

Paradise

The apartment was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful, with stunning views out of every window and patio door. We loved having breakfast and supper on the patio. We really appreciated the use of the clothes washer, the clothes lines and drying rack that were provided. You will need to bring your own shampoo and soap, as these are not provided. We loved the trails along the coastline and beaches that are so close by on foot, and were able to swim in the Mediterranean in November. . We will definitely come back to this piece of paradise.

Relaxing island time

Ibiza is a magical place and this property was away from the crowds and a short walk to gorgeous beach! The house is modern and stylish with everything needed. Free parking in front of the house, lovely landlords and a quiet neighborhood.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meeresblick im Hinterland der Cala Conta

Die Wohnung ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein Balkon mit Meeresblick ist vorhanden sowie auf der anderen Hausseite ein kleiner Innenhof. Etwa 1 km vom Strand entfernt. Trotzdem ein Stern Abzug, da die Bilder nicht dem aktuellen Erscheinungsbild der Wohnung entsprechen. Wir waren fasziniert von den allgegenwärtigen Azulejos. Nichts davon in der Wohnung, auf dem Balkon oder im Innenhof. Es dominiert Glattputz, was die Wohnung sehr viel nüchterner als dargestellt wirken lässt. Ist letztlich eine Geschmacksfrage, aber Darstellung auf der Webseite und tatsächlicher Zustand sollten schon übereinstimmen.

Absolutely stunning apartment with amazing host ❤️

Communication was excellent throughout our stay via either our host ,Leo, or his family members. Everyone went above and beyond to make as feel welcome and even Leo's mum helped us in person to drive us to a car hire place ( thanks Simone and Fauzia) when our rental plans went wrong! We were left to enjoy our beautiful apartment in peace for our romantic wedding anniversary knowing Leo and his lovely family were on hand if we needed them. The accommodation had absolutely fantastic views with gorgeous sunsets and was located so close to the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was nicer than shown in the photos as just had a major refurb! 2 lovely showers, 2 amazing balconies with fantastic views. Lovely big comfortable bed (air con in the bedroom) Excellent kitchen facilities. I could go on and on as this was such a lovely place surrounded with lovely people! Leo... we will definitely be back (if you'll have us). I fell in love with the place ❤️

Ibiza da sogno

E’ la decima volta che vado ad Ibiza ma non mi era mai capitata una location accogliente e curata come questa ! La casa e’ stata recentemente ristrutturata , dispone di tutti i servizi necessari ed e ‘ molto spaziosa ed accogliente! la posizione ottima, per chi vuole godere di un’ibiza tranquilla fuori dal caos potendolo sempre raggiungere in breve tempo ! A due passi dalla spiaggia più bella dell’isola, cala comte! Il proprietario molto disponibile : siamo arrivate con due ore e mezza di ritardo in piena notte per un ritardo dell’aereo e lui è’ stato sempre molto disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza venendoci incontro con il check in ! Anche al check out ci ha permesso di avere flessibilità con l’orario di ripartenza ! Tutto fantastico torneremo sicuramente

Amazing place!!!!

This was such a fantastic place!!! Quite residential street, huge second floor of a house with a completely independent entrance via beautiful front yard, back porch overlooking the sea and the rocks around Cala Comte!! Extremely comfortable, large bed and a couch which turns into a large bed. Wonderful two showers. Beautiful flowers around the house — cacti, oleandres, palm trees… The beach is 10 minutes walk, and it is a famous very beautiful beach! And there is a large hiking area with the trail just near the place. The host was extremely accommodating, with many helpful advice, and moreover lent us some snorkeling stuff and an umbrella! Furthermore, we took an excursion with the hosts on one of their boats (which is their primary business), and this was amazing too!! As we traveled around Ibiza, we saw other accommodations and kept concluding that our place is really truly the place to be!! Highly recommend!!

Prachtig appartement

Het appartement voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Het beschikt over 2 mooie terrassen, 1 met barbecue en fantastische buitendouche en 1 met zicht op zee en de zonsondergang. Het is heel rustig gelegen maar dichtbij (op wandelafstand) van cala comte. Het is zeer gerieflijk met voldoende opbergruimte en bovendien voldoende keukengerei om zelf een maaltijd klaar te maken. We komen zeker terug!

Newly renovated Appartment, situated in a quiet residential area. Well equipped for a very comfortable stay. Outside terraces front and back perfect for sun and shade all day.
