Charming bungalow, situated on the highest point of the bay of Cala Vadella with a sunny private terrace (72m) and spectacular panoramic views over the bay of Cala Vadella and the west coast of Ibiza.
It was completely renovated with high quality materials in 2014, 500m from the beach with crystal clear water and wide choice of restaurants and shops. Local supermarket and tapaz bar at 600m from the house.
The house has a surface of 72m on a plot of 198m, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, breakfast terrace with sea views.
Wifi and air conditioning / heating. Kitchen: induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery.
The 2nd part of the living room can be used as an additional lounge area with satellite TV and Movistar TV, unlimited fiber internet.
The half of the living room can be completely closed as a full 2nd bedroom with spacious 2 bed with sea view.
Separate two-room with TV, DVD, air conditioning, 1 2-bed 1 or 2 beds with sea view.
Luxuriously finished bathroom with rain shower.
In addition a small garden around the house with cozy seating areas and a large terrace or 72m above "
Incredibly spectacular views over the west coast and the Bay of Calla Vadella. Terrace: outdoor kitchen, shower, lounge chair, garden table, 6 chairs and sun beds.
Terrace and house is child friendly and safe, but don't let small children alone.
Parking in front of the house, use of a car is recommended.
Other beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Conta (Sunset Ashram) and Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin, Yemanja, Tropicana) are within 15 minutes driving distance.
You can enjoy the tranquility of a small house in beautiful countryside and close to the most beautiful beaches and attractions. Enjoy the best of Ibiza!

Beautiful house with stunning views. We had an amazing stay, the house is very well appointed and there is so much outdoor space - we loved taking in the views on the balcony and the terrace. The house is also in a very quiet area which is very peaceful but not far away from Cala Vadella which has several bars and restaurants. Els is a great host and Maite who greeted us at check-in and check-out is super friendly. We would very much recommend this property.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very peaceful. Lots of wonderful sitting areas and a spectacular rooftop deck. You definitely need a car here as the roads are narrow and there are no sidewalks. Parking is very convenient. We loved exploring the island. Maite was super helpful and had great recommendations for restaurants.

Pictures don’t lie

This is a great find in Ibiza for those looking to chill a bit. The home is lovely - it’s beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. A great balcony and an incredible top floor terrace with fabulous views round out the experience. It’s a short 10-15 minute drive to Sant Josep, Sant Antoni and various beaches so sunbathing, shopping and restaurants are within easy reach. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back.

Beautiful apartment and views

We loved our family holiday in this beautiful apartment in Cala Vedella. The outdoor spaces - roof top terrace, balcony and little garden were very nicely designed and had a real Mediterranean feel plus lots of comfortable seating and shade. The living space was very stylish with everything we needed, lovely beds and fantastic bathroom and well stocked kitchen. The little welcome hamper in the kitchen was much appreciated and Maite who met us to welcome us was really helpful. All in all a super place to enjoy the wonderful west coast of Ibiza - and explore all the little coves and beaches. We will return for more super sunsets on the terrace roof!

Lovely stay

We had a warm welcome and a lovely stay. The view is wonderful, and communication with the owner was excellent. Els responds very quickly, and Maite, who welcomed us, was delightful and provided fantastic local tips. The only issue we had was with the beds. One of us experienced some back pain because the mattresses were quite worn and had developed dips over time. On the sofa bed, we could feel the frame through the mattress. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful, and we really appreciated the hospitality and beautiful surroundings.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend auf einer Anhöhe, wodurch man einen wirklich tollen Ausblick auf die Cala Vedella hat. Es ist aber notwendig, ein Auto zu mieten, da Restsurants, Strände und Geschäfte nicht einfach fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und auch hochwertig eingerichtet und war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin als auch mit Maite (sie verwaltet das Haus vor Ort) war sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr großzuügig und wirklich toll geeignet zum Entspannen, Essen etc.Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Lage 1A

Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu überbieten. Weitblick aufs Meer und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen und der Empfang von Els war sehr herzlich. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat Stil und es ist äusserst sauber. Die Küche war eher klein, aber es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Leider fehlt oberhalb des Herdes ein Dampfabzug. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn im Haus irgendwo ein helles Licht/Lampe vorhanden wäre, damit man auch mal ein Buch lesen kann. Die Beleuchtung war eher kosmetisch und nicht praktisch. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die beiden Terrassen einfach nur einmalig schön. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Els für die liebe Gastfreundschaft! Sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns alle Fragen zeitnah beantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat ein feiner Apéro auf uns gewartet und Els hat uns alles erklärt. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit super Ausblick

Es hat alles super mit der Vermittlung geklappt. Das liegt wunderschön am Hang. Was das Haus letzten Endes auch ausmacht. Leider konnte ich nicht die Dachterrasse nutzen, da die Treppe etwas schwierig für mich zu gehen war.

Eine tolle Erfahrung zu dieser Jahreszeit, leere Strände und sehr ruhig, die Klimaanlagen müssen heizen und eine lange Hose und Hoodie sind ein Muss, dazu auch mal ein Regentag….! Wir können es allen die Ruhe und keine Hitze mögen sehr empfehlen!

Mooie accomodatie

Samen met een vriendin genoten van dit prachtige huis. Je wordt heel vriendelijk welkom geheten en de communicatie blijft goed. Het huis ligt heel centraal om het eiland te verkennen en er zijn 2 plekken om te genieten van de rust en het prachtige uitzicht! Het huis is ook heel schoon en goed onderhouden. Ook van alle gemakken voorzien.

Nous sommes deux couples d’amis, nous avons logés à 4 dans la maison. La terrasse attenante au salon est idéale pour profiter d’un petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. Le rooftop est juste incroyable, nous y avons mangés tous les soirs avec vue imprenable sur la Cala Vedella. Nous en sommes tellement ravis que nous avons déjà réservé la maison pour nos prochaines vacances à Ibiza

Paradis sur terre

Cette maison est le paradis sur terre : la vue y est spectaculaire de n’importe quel endroit où on se trouve, elle est très confortable et agréable à vivre en famille. La terrasse sur le toit est époustouflante. Le balcon situé dans la pièce de vie est tout aussi agréable. Les autres espaces extérieurs que nous n’avions pas vu avec les photos de l’annonce sont absolument charmants. Els et Maite (qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée) ont été très disponibles et de très bons conseils (pour trouver une baby-sitter par exemple). Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans ce coin magique que nous avons découvert avec plaisir. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans la maison d’Els qui nous a fait un bien fou!
