Enjoy the Blackout curtains in the bedroom for a wonderful night's sleep after a long beach day.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. For added convenience, a second full-size refrigerator/freezer in the garage provides plenty of space for groceries—perfect for extended stays or larger groups.

Stay connected with smart TV and high-speed internet throughout the home. You’ll also appreciate the fresh look of new LVP flooring in the main living areas and tasteful coastal décor that creates a relaxed beachside atmosphere.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all dishes and utensils are washed, dried, and put away.
Please rinse all beach items used of sand and put away.
Strip all used beds and leave in laundry room along with used towels, etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unreasonable noise or disturbance is prohibited. Separate Rental agreement is required to be signed and returned before check-in.
Guests shall not keep or have on the premises anything dangerous, illegal, including but not limited to firearms or fireworks of any type.
Guests will not sublet the home. Any violation of house rules may result in immediate expulsion from the home and terminating agreement.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our large family had plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a big group. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again for our next family getaway!

This place was very comfortable for our family. We were able to host other family that had rentals close by for dinner. The host was accommodating and the neighbors were super kind. It's very close to a Giant which made it very easy to stock up on groceries at needed. If you are looking for a big spacious clean home this is definitely the pick!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was comfortable, well appointed and homey for our family of 6 adults and 7 children. Bethany Beach is close by, but we found it worth driving to Assateague National Seashore to avoid some of the crowds. Tom was more than accommodating and we were pleased to borrow the boogie boards, sand toys, etc rather than purchasing our own since we live in Ohio. Communication was fast and efficient and we had a great trip!

Tom was very easy to talk too. He was very obliging and helpful. Tom responded quickly to all of my questions. The house was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, very clean, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Tom offered many amenities which made our stay very convenient. We made lots of beautiful memories with our family!!!We Definitely recommend Renting this house everything was Perfect!!

We've stayed in dozens and dozens of rental houses and this one was the cleanest, by far. Especially in a beach town, that says a lot. The house was great. Plenty of space for our group with a great layout. Our group with parents, kids, and grandkids had a ball. Plenty of towels, which seems rare these days. The house was the best stocked with beach gear we've every come across. The house is less than five minutes from the grocery store, which is so nice for a quick run. Proximity to the beach is great, but you want to go early in the day to beat the traffic on the main road. That's Bethany Beach though. A great find in a nice, quiet neighborhood! What little communication there was with the owner was smooth and timely. Not much needed though, because everything met or exceeded expectations! Zero problems!

We had an amazing vacation and this home was perfect for us! Absolutely stunning with plenty of space and bedrooms. This home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well equipped and in the garage is everything you need for a day at the beach. Love the location too. Easy drive to Ocean City and Rehoboth. Easy check-in, owners are very responsive and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Property Near Bethany Beach!

This house was awesome! It was very large with great space for the several families that went on our trip. The living areas are wonderful for everyone to spread out and relax and it was extremely clean and well equipped. It was a very short drive to Bethany Beach and also a couple minutes away from major grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Property

Wonderful place in a quiet location

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The location was quiet and convenient, and the owner was exceptional. The property was clean, stylish and comfortable, and the owner put in the effort to make sure we felt at home. We have been coming to the Delaware beaches every year for over ten years now, and this was among the very best properties we have rented.

Beautiful home

Awesome vacay

It was everything we could have wanted and more. Room to park our boat and 4 vehicles. Owner was a phone call away if we had questions. We definitely will stay there again if vacationing or softball brings us here. A-Plus

Family vacation

Went with 2 of my children and their families for our annual trip to the beach. Nice neighborhood with a quiet "looped"street that was great for young kids to ride bikes/ take stroller. Owner was very attentive with notifications/ info/reminders. Really appreciated that there were beach umbrellas and chairs for use, and plenty of beach towels. Bethany seems a lot more crowded, so get to the beach early (not hard when you have young children up early ;)

Spacious retreat

Great house! This house was on a quiet street and had enough parking and space for our family. We had 5 cars and had multiple family members with kiddos and we had plenty of comfortable space. The upstairs loft was a great dual purpose area for daytime hanging out and an extra sleep area. House was well stocked with kitchen needs, sheets plus bath AND beach towels. Short drive to Bethany. Really was a great house for our family summer vacation. Multiple outdoor spaces as well to sit and read a book or hang out.

Beautiful spacious home less then 10mins away from the Beach

This home is in a quiet well kept neighborhood. The house is meticulously clean and extremely comfortable. It's great for families with young kids. They have TV's in every room which makes it easy to break away from family time and watch your favorite shows. You can get to the beach in minutes with ease (driving or riding a bike). The bed rooms large with most comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. They have a huge propane grill for those who love to BBQ. They could use a designated outdoor dining space and an outdoor shower. But, other then that, this home is perfect for beach getaway.

Excellent vacation home in Oceanview DE

The house and location were exactly as advertised and excellent for a mixed group of older, middle aged, and young people such as our group. Close enough to Bethany Beach for middle aged and older to do some boardwalk and beach visits without much travel or hassle, and also close enough to Ocean City for the younger of the group to enjoy a more activity filled boardwalk adventure. The house is on a side street with virtually no traffic which was excellent for walking the babies in strollers. It is also close to Assateague Island and a nice running/hiking area at Fresh Pond. The house is well stocked with cookware, linen, nice towels, etc. with a couple of fairly large grocery stores nearby for food (we like to cook ourselves). All in all, perfect for what we needed. Just minutes to the beach and restaurants and once in the development you won't believe how quiet it is with plenty of parking. We've tried to think of everything for a wonderful beach getaway. We do a very limited number of rentals per year. This is our vacation home which we set up for that. It's not a full-time rental home and we think you'll feel that when staying here. You'll notice small touched like a multi-end charger on each nightstand for your devices. Long staple cotton sheets and we've been complimented on how comfortable the beds are.
