Ideally located in the small village of PONTENX LES FORGES 10 minutes from Mimizan.
Very calm, withdrawn from the crowd, on the edge of the forest.
Modern and tastefully decorated.

* Main room of 40 m2 open onto the kitchen, living room, dining room / veranda with 2 large bay windows which open onto the outdoor terrace, pool view.

Perfect holiday home

We stayed at this property for two weeks. Myself, my husband and daughter plus our 2 sausage dogs. The house was well equipped and the outside area perfect for sunbathing, dining and the dogs. The inside was spacious and cool. There is a shop over the road and short walk up a bistro, pizzeria and bakery. The neighbours are delightful and very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Idyllic

My wife and I have just got back from spending 11 days in this quiet corner of South West France. The Gite lacked nothing plenty of beds , modern and well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, Although only two of us the internal dining facilities catered for many more and so did the outside along with sun loungers, parasols seating and a pool to cool you down in the afternoon heat. certainly would recommend this for a stay. Virginia the owner was very prompt in replying to our few queries and although she spoke very little English this proved to be no barrier to her. Thank you steve and lorraine

Lovely stay in Pontenx-les-Forges

The three of us (me, wife and Bertie our miniature schnauzer) had a lovely 13 night holiday. Virginie had provided us with very good instructions and communication before we arrived. The property is located in a quiet village with great access to cycle paths and Bertie particularly enjoyed the access close by to great walks in the forest. The property had everything we needed for our stay or we’d been told we needed to bring. The beach at Mimizan Plage was about half an hour drive and Biscarrosse Plage slightly further. Access to large supermarkets were about 10-15 minute drive. The pool was lovely for cooling off on hot days and the garden was nice and secure for Bertie.

Toutes les indications pour accéder au logement étaient précis. Les photos extérieures reflètent la réalité. La piscine est vraiment un très bon atout lorsque les chaleurs sont importantes. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Pour ceux qui sont passionnés des Landes, je vous encourage à louer ce logement situé entre Mimizan et Biscarrosse.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Der Garten und der Pool klasse. Die Zimmer auch toll. Zum Strand sind es ca 19 km. Lidl ca. 9 km und 11 km ein größerer Einkaufsladen. Am Haus selber ist ein kleiner Einkaufsladen.

Nous avons passé un très séjour dans la maison de Virginie.Super maison pour des vacances au calme avec piscine privée.La maison est agréable avec un jardin équipé d’un salon de jardin, plancha, barbecue, transats et surtout de la piscine fortement agréable et appréciée avec la chaleur.Emplacement de la maison à 15/20 min de la plage et au calme loin du monde.

Agréable séjour

La maison est très jolie et décorée avec goût. Le coin piscine est agréable et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se détendre. La piste cyclable et les commerces à proximité sont également appréciables. Nous avons pu découvrir la forêt Landaise lors de promenades sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Virginie est très réactive et disponible pour toute demande. Le village est aussi très convivial, les commerçants très sympas. Nous recommandons cette location qui coche toutes les cases pour des vacances détente. Merci Virginie.

Belle location de vacances idéale pour une famille de 4. Situation géographique assez bonne pour se rendre à Mimizan plage et/ou découvrir la forêt landaise et ses lacs. La maison est pratique et dispose d'une piscine bien agréable. Les commerces sont à proximité tout comme la piste cyclable. Nous avons trouvé qu'il serait peut être nécessaire de rajouter des ustensiles de cuisine mais dans l'ensemble tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis dans cette maison. Merci à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

Très jolie maison dans un agréable village. Équipement de la maison permettant de passer un bon séjour sans manquer de rien. Le jardin et les extérieurs étaient tout autant agréables avec un bel espace piscine. Secteur idéal pour les amateurs de course à pieds ou cyclistes... Séjour de 2 familles Sony 2 enfants de moins de 3 ans. Le logement est simple d'accès, le dialogue avec les propriétaires était sympathique. Logement bien conçu et agréable, l'espace extérieur était appréciable. A un peu moins de 15 minutes en voiture de Mimizan, nous n'avons pas trouvé cette distance gênante pour rayonner. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, parfaitement bien équipée. Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine ne manque de rien. Le mobilier extérieur est complet (petit salon, table à manger, transat, etc). Je recommande sans hésiter. (Petite suggestion : nous avons séjourné lors d’une semaine où les températures sont montées à presque 40 degrés. Une voile d’ombrage à l’extérieur pour compléter les parasols aurait été un petit plus pour préserver un peu plus du soleil la partie véranda).

Super quinzaine

Séjour très agréable, location bien située. Piscine agréable surtout pendant les 3 jours de canicule. Jolie déco intérieure et extérieure. La maison garde la fraîcheur. Location bien équipée. Virginie la propriétaire est très agréable ainsi que les voisins qui nous ont donnés quelques infos sur les choses à voir aux alentours. On y retournera sûrement 😉
