You'll delight in the Old World sophistication and charm of this 4 bedroom Mediterranean villa situated in a small, gated enclave with spectacular tropical paradise surroundings and only steps from the beach. This home includes all the amenities you could hope for in the perfect and quaint setting of Seagrove Beach.

Luxury features abound in ZZZ's at Seagrove:

Three master bedrooms all outfitted with king mattresses.

A bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa located in the quietest part of the home.

Pool heater offered October - March. $65 a day with a 48-hour notice.

Golf Cart Rental offered. $120.00 a day plus taxes and fees with a 48-hour notice.

This tranquil enclave offers a tropical paradise with beach views abound. The 3000 sq. foot home comes with an outdoor entertaining area. The beach access is just a 3-minute easy walk.

Palmeira Way is located within walking distance of many restaurants, including the Cafe Thirty-A, a grocery store (Publix), Pier Park shopping center, and only minutes from water sports, fishing, several golf courses, and other family attractions like the world famous Seaside community.

The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 4 kids. We strongly recommend only sleeping teenagers or younger in twin top bunks.

No smoking.

Under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on-premises. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. No parties or events are permitted on the property.

Vehicle parking is limited to 3 vehicles and no street parking, please.

Golf cart is available to rent for the entire stay at $120/ day + tax. ***Please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time

Nice Place for Family Beach Getaway

Great location and property. Clean, spacious, and updated interior. Pool is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but is clean and convenient. The house has lots of stairs and no bedrooms on the first level so be mindful of that if you have any guests with mobility issues.

Spontaneous retreat

Very pleased with the ZZZs house. My wife and I booked a last minute spontaneous trip and got everything we expected. The house was very clean. Location perfect and private pool is quite enjoyable. Only comment we would offer to help improve would be a picnic umbrella by the pool for a little shade and perhaps a privacy screen on the fence between the adjacent pool. But regardless, thats minor, and the home deserves 5 stars. Thank you, HM Alpharetta

Beautiful and Would Stay Again

The home was amazing and made our family vacation one of our best ever. The icing on the cake was the gold cart! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen so spacious, the short walk or bike ride to the beach convenient and we couldn’t have survived without the second refrigerator! Our only suggestions, lamps needed in the living area so you don’t have to use the ceiling lights and a large umbrella to cover the pool when needed for shade. Last but not least, such a nice quiet neighborhood.

Phenomenal!

We have stayed in this neighborhood before and is our absolute favorite. The home was impeccable snd so beautiful when we arrived. Communication was quick and informative. The kids that stayed with us ended up helping another owner in the neighborhood jail done furniture up the stairs in his home and the owners were so kind. Another neighbor next door was also an owner and she was so kind and helpful during our stay. This home was perfect for our stay, and was clean, stocked, and gorgeous. We would stay here again!

Moms & Sons Spring Break Beach Trip

This was our third annual mom and teenage sons spring break trip. This was by far the best home and location that we have stayed in. There was room for everyone.. most importantly enough bathrooms and beds for everyone. The location was great..and the beach access was just across the street. Communication with the rental office was wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this home for your beach stay.
