DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Sandalwood Beach Cottage is a newer built 5 BR (Sleeps 12) luxury coastal modern home stunningly decorated with rich amenities not often found in vacation rentals. Sandalwood is located in Magnolia Dunes, a private 16-home community located on Scenic 30A in the town of Seagrove. 30A is an idyllic Florida scenic highway which strolls through the towns of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, and Rosemary Beach. Sandalwood is located about a block from the beach, a short 3-4 minute walk. While it is a snap to walk to, there is a nice drop-off at the beach access that you can drive/or bike up to, if desired.

Within one block of the cottage is Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizza, and Goatfeather's Fish Market. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, two umbrellas and coolers are included for your convenience. The handy beach cart makes your walk to the beach a breeze! Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can enjoy the dining, shopping, farmers market & outdoor summer concerts! Swing on our front porch swing, enjoy the outdoor seating, and watch the sights of summer! The large outdoor deck off the first floor is covered by a spacious pergola and has a gas grill for outdoor cooking all surrounded by rich landscaping.

The first floor features an elegantly designed living room with a 65 inch flat screen television. Premium cable is provided. Between the living room and kitchen you will find a quaint bar area which houses a free standing ice maker and a cabinet full of beach colored glasses.

The kitchen features marble countertops and is fully stocked with elegant cookware, dinnerware, and serve ware. The stainless steel high-end appliances and convenient island make this a true 'dream' kitchen. A gorgeous wood farm dining table seats nine,
with the center island offering three stools for additional seating. Guests can also enjoy the quaint sitting area off the kitchen with two plush armchairs, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning.

There is one queen bedroom on this floor with a flat screen TV, and is easily situated right next to the full bathroom.

On the second floor you will find four more bedrooms. The first is a custom bunk bedroom with two twin/twin bunks, each with their very own flat screen television. The second bedroom is a king bed with can be made separately into twins upon advance request. This room also features a 32 inch flat screen television with a built in dvd player. The third bedroom is a larger plush King room with a 42 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player, and offers premium cable. These rooms share a very spacious full bathroom that features two separate vanity areas for convenience.

The fourth bedroom is the luxurious master bedroom. This lovely bedroom features a divine king bed, a private bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The master features a 55 inch flat screen tv with premium cable and a DVD player. The master balcony patio with a table and two chairs offers a great pool view.
