Upon entry into the main level of the home, you will find an open foyer, dining, and living room with ocean views. A half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located off of the dining room as well as entry into the well stocked kitchen. The kitchen features all of the necessities for creating a home cooked meal for your family and friends. The kitchen also provides access to the oceanfront deck and a breakfast table for enjoying coffee while watching the sun rise.
Off of the kitchen is the main living room, which provides comfortable seating and a beautiful ocean view. Access to the oceanfront deck is available from the living room, as well as incredible views. Next to the living room is the master bedroom with ensuite. This master bedroom also features ocean views with a King bed, stand up shower, jetted bathtub, and private toilet room.
Head upstairs to access the three other bedrooms in this home that all feature a private bathroom ensuite and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom two offers a King bed, bedroom three offers a King bed plus a Twin sleeper sofa, and bedroom four offers two sets of twin over double bunk beds. You will also find a Twin sleeper sofa in the hallway nook for additional accommodations.
On the ground floor of this home, you can enjoy a casual living room complete with a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations, a dry bar and a mini fridge. Access to the spacious backyard with a picnic table and a garage with a full sized fridge are also available from this room.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
