The house offers comfortable accommodation and is the starting point for reaching the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is structured as follows: 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with two single beds; 3 bathrooms; spacious kitchen; terrace with sea view.

The accommodation in the central area allows you to reach all the essential services on foot. The very spacious bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a terrace allows you to spend relaxing evenings with the possibility of barbecuing.
The sandstone typical of the area with which the house was built has been highlighted in all rooms managing to create relaxing and comfortable environments that immediately put the guest at ease making him feel at home.
The large kitchen built with local craft materials is equipped with any comfort. The bedrooms are all air conditioned.
A terrace with barbecue will allow you to taste freshly caught fresh fish in nearby Portopalo.
The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer.

Great stay

Excellent location for exploring this part of Sicily and the interior is delightful. It is in the middle of town and you really experience life as a local but don’t expect to be in a small seaside resort

Tolles Haus zu einem Top-Preis

Tolles Haus auf drei Stockwerken, vom Eigentümer Gianni mit viele Gefühl für Design top hergerichtet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, drei Badezimmer mit Dusche, dazu eine Dachterasse mit gutem Blick auch auf das Meer. Pachino ist ein "ehlicher Ort" weil kaum Touristen (anders als Noto oder Siracusa), daher "echtes" italienisches Leben dort.Mit dem Auto viele Städte und Strände bequem erreichbar. Gianni ist ein supernetter, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Fahren jederzeit gerne wieder dorthin!

Vacanza a Pachino

Posizione strategica, a pochi minuti da tutte le più belle spiagge del sud della Sicilia. Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile, lette confortevoli, casa bellissima e con tutti i comfort. La consiglio a tutti!!!

Da Gianni e sua moglie mi sono sentita a casa.... Cordiale e ospitale.. Ottimo alloggio, disposto su tre livelli,tre docce, completo di tutto. Pulitissimo.Particolare nelle finiture . Situato nel centro di Pachino a 5minuti d auto dal mare. Consiglio vivamente. 14 agosto 21

Proprietario super disponibile , casa comoda in centro paese con parcheggio sempre comodissimo e con vicino buoni servizi ristorazione, a poca distanza dalle varie zone mare. Casa grande comodissima per 4 persone con ben 3 bagni con doccia , bellissimo il terrazzino sul tetto per aperitivo o per cenare vista mare.

Great location to explore Pachino and Med and Ionian Sea

Plus the home owner makes great wine which you must try! We loved our stay in this home. The space was perfect for our family which included our parents of 80 plus years of age. There are stairs but they were well railed and easy to use— and beautiful too! We came to explore Pachino and the wines and the food and the people and we did that and more! We were welcomed by Gianni who was always available to us by the app, phone and in person. He was so helpful with tips on places to see and where to shop and how to get there. With my limited Italian we still communicated very well! The roof top patio was a great location to drink wine and have dinner— the kitchen has all the tools you need to cook a dinner and the shops close by have all the local ingredients you need for a good local meal. I highly recommend this home if you want to be in the city and still have close access to the beach and great wineries. Everything is very close. Grazie Mille, Gianni! And if you are from New England,be sure to go to the church in the square and see the dedication to the people of Lawrence MA. It is an honor to see the people from Pachino give thanks to those that emigrated and still cared and considered Sicily their home.

Vacanze in Sicilia

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il nostro soggiorno in questa casa, spinti dalle belle recensioni. Attenzione le finiture della casa come arredamento sono carine, la zona è servita, e si trova vicino alle spiagge più belle della zona. Abbiamo alloggiato per tre settimane,ma purtroppo abbiamo constatato che l’alloggio non è adeguato per periodi così lunghi, le stanze non hanno armadi adeguati, e soprattutto in cucina mancano utensili minimi per poter cucinare, anche perché è impensabile cenare tutte le sere per tre settimane al ristorante, la biancheria fornita (lenzuola e asciugamani) e’ di un set a coppia per tre settimane, cioè impossibile fare il cambio letto!!!!!!! La Cosa più bizzarra e allucinante è che la chiave per aprire la casa è legata con un lucchetto ad una chiavetta che attiva la corrente del contatore, questo fa sì che una coppia se vuole uscire alla sera e fare tardi si porta via la chiave e chi rimane in casa, resta senza luce e soprattutto senza climatizzatore!!!!!.... Nelle recensioni avevamo letto della disponibilità del proprietario, dopo averlo chiamato due volte, era sempre molto di corsa, sfuggente......impossibile far presente le mancanze. Peccato!

Wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Zentrum von Pachino

Das Ferienhaus in Pachino ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll, es ist alles wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht, sich in den Räumen aufzuhalten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern bietet es genügend Platz für eine Familie. Die Dachterrasse ist groß und hat sogar einen Grill. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht, die Lage im Zentrum von Pachino ist sehr gut. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Gianni war hervorragend, er hat mich vom Bus abgeholt und wieder an den Bus gebracht. In der Küche stand eine große Schale Obst und eine Flasche Rotwein seines eigenen Weinguts bereit. Gianni hat mir das Haus erklärt, alles gezeigt und mit Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt gegeben. Ich kann dieses Fereienhaus jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde es gern wieder mieten. Ursula aus Freiburg

Tra Mare e Barocco

La casa, situata proprio nel centro di Pachino, è veramente bella, molto pulita, arredata con gusto e ristaurata con rispetto alla tradizione. ll proprietario, il sig. Gianni è davvero attento all'ospite. Ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che si può desiderare quando si arriva dall'acqua, vino della sua produzione alla frutta e ci ha perfettamente consigliato sia in merito a spiagge e luoghi da visitare, sia in merito a ristoranti e locali.

Un'ottima esperienza

L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Pachino a pochi passi dalla piazza, è veramente spazioso , molto ben arredato e fornito di tutti i confort. La pulizia è molto curata, la dotazione di biancheria ,accessori per la casa e attrezzature da cucina è completissima , la WiFi perfettamente funzionante raggiunge ogni stanza ed è anche presente una discreta dotazione di buoni libri . Il sig Gianni , il proprietario è gentile , disponibile e molto attento all'accoglienza e alle esigenze degli ospiti, Ci ha fatto persino trovare frutta fresca e una bottiglia di vino di sua produzione al nostro arrivo. Pur essendo situato in zona centrale l'appartamento non ha problemi di parcheggio ed è stato una base ideale sia per raggiungere le spiagge, che sono vicinissime (Isola delle correnti, Vendicari, Calamosche ) sia per escursioni in val di noto e nelle zone di interesse culturale circostanti. E' stata un'esperienza molto positiva che consiglio fortemente.

Casa strategica per le escursioni in zona

La casa è articolata su 3 livelli ed è stata appena ristrutturata con gusto. Si trova in una posizione centrale nel paese di Pachino. Da qui si possono intraprendere moltissime escursioni in zona: Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli etc. La casa è pulita e fornita di tutto. Il proprietario, il signo Gianni è molto gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con una bottiglia di vino rosso da lui prodotto e della frutta. Eravamo 3 adulti e 2 bambine. Consigliamo a tutti questa casa !
