Just steps to the pool, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor unit has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a 2nd queen in the guest bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is open and up to date with granite counters and newer all black appliances. The laundry hails a full size washer and dryer. The artwork adds dazzle and glam to this gem of Beachwood Villas.

Be sure to stop by nearby Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on your 30A adventure to check out the shops. You are sure to find artwork to fit your home as well. The lush landscaping in Beachwood Villas has boardwalk paths that lead to peaceful courtyards and amenities offered in this peaceful setting. There's a public beach access conveniently located across the street for a leisurely walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beachwood Villas also has 2 pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffleboard and an outside play area for the kiddo's!

Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 18.6 mile Timpoochee Trail that runs alongside scenic highway 30A. Try stopping by all the villages on the way for a quick break or lite shopping!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

vacation stay

place was clean ,plenty of towels, dont like the early check in fee of $65 plus tax ! stayed at place miramar beach week before,checked in early,no fee,couple mint items one light out main bath,outside light out bt entrance door, chair legs need to be tightned around kitchen table,sink main bath drains slow, replace arm bar on sliding doors unit 12A

Decent Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was okay, the place itself was in need of a good cleaning. Both bathrooms looked like they had barely been cleaned and they both had paint peeling from the walls/ceiling. Beds were not comfortable and the pillows were as thin as pieces of paper. The location was good, only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access. Overall, it was a decent place to stay but will probably book someplace different next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They place was nice. The people upstairs were so loud though. Scared my 4 yr old a few times! The tv’s wouldn’t work and it rained all day for a couple days. So, we had a couple days in and I had to rent movies from Redbox which is fine! But it would had been great if it the internet had connected to the TV. The place was nice. Just a few things need to be updated. Also, when you are booking it has all these great pictures of the tennis court, the activities areas and they weren’t anything like that!

Perfect apartment just steps from the beach!

With the pool right outside the unit and the beach access right across the street we couldn’t have asked for a better location! Parking was also super easy so that was arental was fantastic for our needs! The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained.
