Short walk to beach

The beach is a short walk away. Condo was clean with everything in the kitchen we needed. Great area with awesome restaurants. Communications/text messages from the host were great. Easy check in/check out. The only negatives for the whole week was, the beach was crowded. We were there for spring break, so it was expected. Also, most of the light switches were upside down (click down for on and up for off) which wasn’t bad, just took getting used to.

Allan, Thank you for your feedback. It does get quite busy in Seagrove during spring break. Some light switches are doubled up and can both control one light. We will have someone check on this. Thank you for choosing Ocean Reef Resorts and we hope to have you again soon.

Great Access to 30A

Property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and pool. Location and neighborhood were great with a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The property was nice for the price range. It could use a few more amenities to make your stay a little more comfortable. The sliding doors were a challenge to open to the patio(laundry) and deck. A couple extra blankets would be nice for relaxing in the evening and a few more amenities in the kitchen would be great. The bunk bed is pretty squeaky, anytime one of the kids would move you could hear it through the whole place. Overall it was good value for the price though and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a great location, very close to public beach access and restaurants. Unfortunately the key pad was broken when we arrived and we are unable to get in right away. It was frustrating, and the property management team was hard to deal with. We made the best of our situation but a locksmith came out at 10 pm to fix the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the property's convenient location and its close proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the keypad upon your arrival and understand how frustrating it must have been to experience a delay getting into the property, especially at the start of your vacation. While we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arranged for a locksmith to repair the lock that evening, we regret that the experience caused unnecessary stress and that our communication did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your patience and your understanding as we worked through the situation. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve both our maintenance processes and guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again so we can provide the seamless visit you deserve.
