Perfect Location

Reviewer Comments: booking through benchmark was perfect, communication was easy via text, instant responses, all the info needed right on time, best price for the add on's as well, cleaning fee's, booking fee's etc. Couldn't be happier with benchmark. Accomidations were good, clean and comfortable, views amazing and location perfect, steps (stairs) from the beach. Pool was heated and clean as well (down for 2 day's for repair they communicated with us prior to arrival. Elevator for easy access and gated, quiet area, everything worked as it should etc. Only downside which was more of the HOA for building maintenance was they washed the exterior during our stay, that created a day of mess, no pool and no elevator, glad they cleaned but seems they (building managment) could have timed it better than during peak season. Have booked with Benchmark in the past and will book with them again, have used others, these folks are great to work with.

When we arrived the carpets were dark from dirt and stained. They were frayed around every door. The carpets looked as if they haven’t been replaced in 20 years which is very unacceptable for the price and location of the unit. The couch had stains on it which was disgusting and we never felt comfortable to want to sit on it. The table in the dining room was all banged up and the paint has been chipped off. Nothing about this place has been kept up and we will never be back. When bringing this to the companies attention they said it could be cleaned. If I could show photos I would. This carpet could not be cleaned. They offered nothing for this disgusting unit for compensation. This company does not care about the consumers and only about the money. Hope they go out of business

Beautiful view with minimal frills

The view of the ocean is amazing but unit is dated and worn. There are absolutely no extras included. There were no beach towels, no salt and pepper, no hangers in closets. You must bring everything. 😞

A Fair Stay

Our first day at the resort and the ac was out.We had to call three times to get assistance. Only one person came out to tell us it was frozen and we still have yet to hear back from anyone. There were not enough towels for 7 people...The weather was great along with the ocean..just not the condo. Not a fan. Wouldn’t have been sooo bad had someone helped us out.

You can probably do better

Stayed on 30A for many years in a row and for the price this was the worst value we've had in a rental. Location on the beach in Seacrest and bunk room for two kids is the positive. On arrival I reported a broken refrigerator shelf, broken blinds (cheapest ones on the market btw), nonfunctional jacuzzi tub in the master suite, broken toilet paper holder. Amongst those items the property manager fixed only the toilet paper holder despite multiple calls. Kitchen is poorly configured and appointed - even bad on rental property terms. While you can connect to the wifi, it is essentially nonfunctional as nothing will load on it. We used our phone as hotspot which you have to move toward the entrance to get enough signal to do. There were a total of 3 coffee cups. Elevator gets stuck on floors when door button gets stuck - was an issue for one of our guests who is dependent on the elevator functioning properly.

So great!

We loved our stay at this condo. The place is exactly as pictured. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The walk to the beach is so quick and the heated pool was such a great addition. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $50 using the chair service available on the private beach. Communication with the host was easy and we had everything we needed. We will definitely want to come back on our next 30A trip! Note: if you have small kiddos, be prepared for really bright rooms at 6:30am — if your kids are used to sleeping in a dark room, bring something to put over the windows (foil works well :)

We had a glitch or two, but overall, it was a good experience. With a few tweaks, it could be great. First, the management company did not send the access code until we called at check-in. Even then, they did not give us the gate code, so we had to call again to get into the parking lot. For the price of the rent, some of the provisions were cheap. One roll of TP per bathroom, enough detergent for two cycles on the dishwasher, etc. We had an automatic cleaning fee, but we did most of the cleaning. Those things make the difference between good and great, to me.

Best location! Beautiful stay.

Simply the best vacation spot! Not crowded area and the beach is beautiful!! Loved it all. Only issue entire time was that every night there was loud movement of footsteps and furniture in place above us but I know that can vary and could happen anywhere! Would go back in a heartbeat!!
