We really enjoyed this condo complex. It is a good central location, the pool was nice, and easy beach access was the big appeal for us. The unit was the perfect size for us and our teenage daughter. The little slice of ocean view from the balcony made it even more enjoyable. There are a couple things the owner/management company need to address. While the kitchen was nicely renovated, the rest of the unit is worn and in need of some attention. Furniture is scratched, chipped, and stained. There are obvious mismatched paint patches on walls, rugs are very dingy and soiled. Our daughter got a splinter from the wood in the bunk bed, and the ladder was soiled and in need of new paint. The coffee table was too bulky and heavy to move to make way for the fold out couch. The chairs on the deck sit too low to fully enjoy the view. We would not be able to recommend this unit unless we knew some of these issues have been addressed. However, for someone less picky or low maintenance it could be perfect.
