Beautiful renovated duplex apartment located in the "Les Aravis" residence in the centre of the village.
On the 3rd floor of the residence without a lift, with a living area of 53 m², it has three separate sleeping areas to accommodate 6/8 people, with two separate bedrooms and a 30 m² mezzanine sleeping area (height <1.80 m), a living room, a separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilets. Its east-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the village and the Timalets ski slope.
Ideally located, you have access to all village activities, shops, restaurants, cinema, ... Access to the slopes is via a free ski bus stop located less than 100 m from the residence.
