About the host
Hosted by John & Kate McGee

We love France: its rich culture, friendly people and wonderful food and wine. After holidaying in many parts of this fabulous country we eventually discovered France’s hidden treasure at the heart of the country – the Limousin region, and our little gem of the old heritage town of Eymoutier. The area is so relaxing! At last we found what we were seeking and settled here without hesitation in 2004.
We‘ve had no regrets. We developed our holiday apartments at La Jolie Masion and enjoyed hosting so many wonderful guests ever since, none of whom have been disappointed.
It’s no surprise. We have been sharing our little treasure with them, and they have enjoyed it. Many have come back again for more, some several times and some hoping to settle here themselves.
