1 or 2 LODGINGS + ROOM in a Catalan Mas for 10-15 people

The ecological domain of MAS NATURA, on the edge of the city center of a charming Catalan village, consists of’a large bathtiment d’ 350 m2 on 3 levels in an old agricultural farmhouse with 2 hectares of wooded and closeturian land of Aspres with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains

In addition to the 2 climate cottages at the back (property house at the front) is the large communal pool of 5 x 10 meters with salts (without chemical chlorine) available between April and October, between cltured and sanitary arrangement. Below is a long plot, an orchard with a small permaculture vegetable garden and rainwater farmers. In a subject of environmental economics, we have also installed solar panels to feed our repairable climates, many existing games (tennis table, trampoline, badminton, etc.), etc two secure parking for ten cars (with gate and electric) several terraces on the ground floor and ground floor with a room pre-booked for groups with fiber and free WIFI.

2 GUMS + ROOMS ON 3 LEVELS FOR 10 TO 15 PEOPLE and 2 pets maximum :

- THE NEST (T3 : 67 m2 for 4 to 6 adults in 2 double beds or 4 single beds + 1 can double bed and a baby cot as a replacement) with private entrance by a small balcony, a living room convertible into a room with a child a shower room with the’alienne and an independent WC, a the access of the 2 bedrooms on a large private terrace and watered at the’back with plancha-barbecue, table and living room wooden garden, deckchairs.

- LA TOUR : 2nd apartment on the 1st floor (T2 : 61 m2 for 2 to 4 adults in 1 double bed or ditto 2 beds in living room with nails and 1 baby bed as a replacement), with a small balcony with exceptional views and a roof terrace still above as solarium or dining area (accessible by a sister scale but closed for young children) which overlooks a large dining-living room of 30 m2 for the 1st bedroom and a master bedroom with dressing room and shower room with WC Outside yet another shaded terrace with store and outdoor table wood, deckchair, plancha and the swimming pool to sleep.

- THE MEETING ROOM on the ground floor (T2 : 55 m2 and can still accommodate 4 adults in 1 double getaway bed and 1 BZ sofa), the long gym of 40 m2 has its small open kitchen with bar, a mini shower room with WC balls and toys..) as needed with the retractable bed, with. several outdoor games (tennis table, trampoline, badminton, children's playground.) and a long shaded terrace with barbecue plancha, tables, chairs, etc.

You can therefore rent the cottages together or separately because the spaces and entrances are completely independent, including our own home at the front of the Mas. If necessary, we can better help and advise you, manage the cleaning and maintenance of the pool, watering the garden and especially the 2 hectares, etc.

Regulation :
Knowing before any reservation that if the MAS NATURA is quiet, he wants to stay there and that the room on the ground floor is not isolated like that of discos or party rooms. So in a concern of respect for nature, animals and the neighborhood, parties and evenings are strictly prohibited, especially with sono and pregnant (except for exceptions for national holidays or the end of the year). In addition, we must always know the number of guests (tourist tax and ERP) because it is forbidden to sleep to more than 14 adults here (4 + 6 + 4 in the 3 separate spaces) except for children or baby. The maintenance of the cottages, terraces, swimming pool and games remaining under the responsibility and exclusive availability of the invited visitors and respecting French laws as hygiene and safety measures. That is why night nuisances are tolerated until 22h-23h, smoking space is provided only outside with closed ashtrays. Children and animals must be well supervised especially around the pool and the planchas (risk of accident or fire).

Organization and other costs:
Provide on-site deposit on arrival of 1,500€ (500€ species and 1000€ by checks) and tourist tax (depending on the number of adults and length of stay: about 2%) + full cleaning and maintenance fee of 150€ mandatory for 3 indoor and outdoor accommodations even if a quick cleaning and storage must be done initially obviously.

Additional charge on request : for pets or young children : about 10€/stay for folding beds and childcare equipment & adapted toys, rental of bed linen and towels (allow those of pool and beach), shuttles (2h max), massages, haircuts or riding lessons and other activities...

Finally, for reservations by the week or more know that it is often possible to modulate your time and day of arrival and departure on request 24 hours before (for example arrival rather on Sunday or leave on Friday..). However, the prices are fixed and neither voluntary non-submissions nor cancellations will be refunded (except in cases of force majeure).
