About this property

Les 3 Soleils furnished with tourism 4 * jacuzzi and swimming pool

Located 5 minutes from downtown St-Joseph, between sea and mountains, the location is ideal for exploring the landscapes of the South Wild of the island, hiking and discovering lava tunnels are within walking distance.

Covering an area of 80 m2 with a veranda of 22 m2, the accommodation has a capacity of 4 + 2 people. Indeed, the rental has a double bed (mattress 160 * 220), a sofa bed located in the living room and a "mezzanine" that can accommodate 2 people (mattress 160 * 220).

The rental has its complete independence, except access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi which are located in common with our main house. The parking lot is located inside the plot (1 space). Nearby there is a bus stop with regular bus lines.

Access to the jacuzzi and the swimming pool is reserved for holidaymakers according to the following hours. The swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the jacuzzi from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Alcohol consumption around it is strictly prohibited. Correct attire is required (swimsuit, swim shorts) no swimming in city clothes (shorts, T-shirts).

Pets are not allowed and smokers are also asked not to smoke inside the house. There remains the possibility of smoking outside the residential area.

Une belle chambre parentale Mais seulement un clic clac dans le séjour et pas très confortable, et pour le 3eme couchage, dans une mezzanine à laquelle on accédait par une échelle de meunier en bois assez raide juste un.matelas par terre, les poutres au ras du visage et le bruit infernal de la circulation extérieure, Bref, absolument pas fait pour plusieurs personnes A par cela, très propre, bien décoré, jacuzzi sympa, Mais vraiment les couchages laissent à désirer vu le prix payé

Merci d'avoir apprécié la propreté et la décoration du meublé. En ce qui concerne vos remarques sur la qualité des couchages (clic-clac et mezzanine), une lecture attentive de notre annonce vous aurait permis de voire les photos correspondantes et ainsi ne pas être surpris de constater que pour la mezzanine il y a seulement un matelas et que l'on y accède par "une échelle de meunier". La localisation de notre logement permet d'être très rapidement sur différents sites pour pouvoir pratiquer des activités variées. En contre partie il faut accepter la circulation extérieure. Enfin notre tarif est bien en dessous de la moyenne pour un bien équivalent dans la région, ceci selon les statistiques du site.
