One word to describe myself: energetic. I love to dance, travel, and eat (especially the sweet stuff). I like sharing experiences with others. It's so much fun to go zip lining, meet at a brewery or go salsa dancing. As a transplant to Indianapolis myself, I enjoy meeting other travelers coming to Indiana. The region is full of great sports, good food, and great people. I welcome the opportunity to introduce people to some of what Indy has offer and make their stay enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the historical neighborhoods in the city that have homes with rich history and new homes with bold modern accents. I chose this neighborhood because it gives me a suburban feel without having to move far away from the city. I like having easy access to the Monon trail for biking (or skating), access to great local restaurants and Breweries, and easy access to the internet (i65 and i70 are both within 1 mile from the house).

What makes this property unique

The carriage house is a large studio apartment complete with electric range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer so long term guest can complete laundry without the stress of finding laundry services during their stay.
