El Departamento cuenta con agua caliente para bañarese, aire acondicionado en sala de estar que incluye la cocina y uno en cada recamara, toallas para cada huésped, un estudio con un sofá cama. Esta adaptado para 5 huéspedes con 2 recamaras cada una con cama matrimonial y colchon ortopédico. En la sala puede disfrutar del servicio de Netflix.
