About this property

On the west coast of Corsica, south of Calvi, on a former agricultural estate generously planted with trees, the Gîtes de Paradella offer you, between sea and mountain, the calm and space of their bioclimatic architecture.
Hectares of woods, scrub and meadows, and the song of crickets, in the evening, at the edge of the large pool.
We have renovated this place for all those who, like us, appreciate the sweetness of life in the south.

Stabilized Earth Concrete and river pebbles, lime plaster, solar roof, water management, composting of household waste, planting of trees, ... our lodgings are as respectful of the environment as of their occupants.
Warm in winter and cool in summer, these earthen lodgings consume little energy.
The photovoltaic solar roof produces energy and contributes to the thermal insulation of the gites.

Ein wunderschönes Refugium in der Natur

5 Minuten von dem quirligem Calvi fanden wir uns in einer Oase der Ruhe umgeben von der Machia und einem Hain aus Eukalyptusbäumen wieder. Unser freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber hat diesen Ort seit 40 Jahren mit Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Zwar liegt der Flughafen von Calvi. Die 3 oder 4 Flugzeuge am Tag waren keine Belastung. Wir haben rundherum unseren Urlaub dort genossen. Wer Animation und Strandparty braucht ist dort fehl am Platz. Für Menschen die gerne ein ruhiges Idyll genossen möchten eine unbedingte Empfehlung. Gerne möchten wir wiederkommen
