Your family's next getaway, located a quick walk from the beach in Las Conchas! This beautiful 2 story, 5 bedroom home was recently remodeled. Enjoy the stunning views from the second-floor living room/dining room & kitchen, or the cozy downstairs areas perfect for reading. Enjoy a margarita on the roof-top deck, or grilling in the back yard or 2nd story patio. A great boveda ceiling welcomes you and incredible custom tile work throughout makes it feel like home. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for a large group, just bring food! The downstairs area features it's own living room, the master bedroom with a King bed, a guest bedroom with twin bunk beds, and a reading room with a futon which could sleep 2 more children. The first guest bedroom upstairs features two twin beds. The second has a queen bed.
