HOUSE AT THE EXIT OF SAINTE ANNE QUARTIER GISSAC road to Saint François
The house is located in a quiet area on a plot of 750 m2 with mango, avocado, lemon etc.
The ground is closed and allows to park 3 or 4 cars, it is closed by an automatic gate.
It includes a living room opening onto an equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, separate WC.
The 1st floor is not accessible but the bathroom with WC which can be found there can be used
The 27 m2 terrace, protected by 4 blinds, includes a dining area with a table and 6 chairs and a lounge area with a sofa and 2 armchairs.
The living room includes a sofa, an armchair and a TV with TNT and orange TV.
The house is equipped with WIFI.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a gas and induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a 9-place dishwasher, a food processor, dishes, etc.
A washing machine is available in the garage

A garden table with 5 chairs and a barbecue are also available.

Maison idéale pour passer des vacances de rêves

Très bon emplacement avec toutes les commodités juste à côté .. on peut s’y rendre à pied…(boulangerie,pharmacie,magasin alimentaire et de fruits et légumes ) Endroit très calme pour se reposer en famille avec un spa de nage que l’on peut apprécier à n’importe quel moment de la journée…la literie est excellente et la maison super fonctionnelle. Petit bémol .. les toilettes n’ont pas de ventilation.. mais c’est juste un détail.. L’accueil et la gentillesse d’Olivier alors que nous sommes arrivés tard le soir nous a mis de suite en confiance et la réactivité des propriétaires face à un petit problème à résoudre a été super efficace. Franchement il n’y a rien à redire… Nous y reviendrons sûrement dès notre prochain voyage….en attendant nous la recommandons vivement.
