✹ PLEASE NOTE: We request a signed Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after you book and a security deposit of $300 (individual cottage). The security deposit is a hold (not a charge) on a credit card during your stay and released upon your departure.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available onsite for two vehicles.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free and fast Wi-Fi available throughout the cabin, plus laptop-friendly work surfaces.

✹ PETS: Our home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends! A small, non-refundable fee of $100 for 2 dogs per stay is charged.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: The “Laurel” shares the amazing backyard with the neighboring cottages. Enjoy al-fresco dining at one of the picnic tables and snuggle up next to the fire pit – don’t forget to bring some marshmallows (we provide the sticks)!

✹ The property is located in a wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended in Summer months if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

✹ The “Laurel” is just one of the cottages on this site. This cozy cottage forms one-half of a side-by-side duplex and is adjacent to the “Rosewood” cottage. The entrances are on opposite sides of the building and high-quality soundproofing between the units ensures your privacy. Larger groups can be accommodated – get in touch for details of our other cottages on site.

✹ Two steps lead up to the entrance landing at the door.

✹ The Main entry door and fire pit area, outside, are monitored by a Ring security camera and are motion detection only which also records voices during motion. There are no cameras inside. Tampering with camera in any way is against house rules.

✹ Our cottages are privately owned and managed, you will not be dealing with a management company, but real people. Our goal is to give you great customer service and make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
