150 to 200 m from la Croisette and its famous beaches, 2 mins walk from the train station, and 500 m from Palais du Festival….
Two double bedroom apartment on the first floor of a small building in the heart of Cannes, « Place Gambetta ».
Place Gambetta is famous for its beautiful open air food market and many shops.
As well as fashion boutiques this part of Cannes is known for a number of small high quality restaurants and luxury brands which are only a few meters away on « Rue D’Antibes »
Description of the Flat :
The apartment has just been fully renovated to offer our clients a very comfortable stay. Spacious, very bright and has views of the beautiful market.. Despite being centrally located the apartment is very quiet at night.
1 living room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WC…. With a double bed (90 cm each) in each bedroom and a very comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room, the apartment can sleep up to 5 people.
2 beautifully designed bathrooms with spacious Italian Showers.
Facilities include air conditioning, Heating, wireless broadband Internet, 3 plasma TVs, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, expresso/cappucino machine, fridge/freezer , Toaster…) and also combined Washing Machine+ dryer / Iron / Hair dryer etc…

We have been staying at this wonderful apartment for several years now. Fantastic location just off the Rue D'Antibes, close to all amenities including the bus and train station if you fancy a strip out of Cannes as well. Highly recommend and Michael is the most lovely and helpful host.

Best place
The place was very good. Just 3 minutes from the beach and 1 min to all the restaurants. It was very loud in the evenening, but when you close the windows, its not loudly. The host was very very friendly. Everything was very good!
