Fabulous House!

The house is beautiful (just like the pictures on the web site) and it’s location on the edge of the golf course is perfect. Jef and Dominique were both extremely helpful and replied instantly to any messages we sent - we would love the opportunity to return!

Perfect place to get away in Spain

Jef and Dominique were wonderful hosts. Jef made sure all was ready for our visit. Jef provided consistent and clear communication leading up to our stay despite my busy schedule. Dominique was there to welcome our family and ensure we had all of the information needed. My husband contacted Dominique when it was rainy for suggestions and Dominique was able to provide many good ideas. The house was very nice and exactly what was expected. The pool was cleaned every day and the house keepers provided fresh towels during our visit as part of the stay. All in all a wonderful and relaxing visit. We would look to work with Jef and his team again on our next trip to Spain. Thank you Barbara

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem gepflegten Garten und fantastischem Pool. Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Täglich kam jemand um den großen Pool zu säubern. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Jef war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und super angenehm. Er hat uns auch großartige Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne ***** und eigentlich noch mehr. Vielen Dank ans ganze Team! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Outstanding property for the perfect family break!

Villa Annie is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. Well equipped and comfortable and well located as a base to visit the beautiful province of Cádiz. One of the best properties we have rented in a long time. Fully recommended!

Wir haben im Juli 2018 das Haus gemietet. Es ist wunderschön angelegt, toll ausgestattet und falls jemand an diesem Pool etwas auszusetzen hat ist ihm sowieso nicht zu helfen! Dominique und Jef waren sehr hilfreich, keine Bitten wurde sofort erfüllt. Und dass wie hier in 10 Tagen 2x Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt werden habe ich so noch in keinem Haus erlebt! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaubsaufenthalt!

Herrlicher Urlaub, tolles Haus!

Die Villa Annie hält genau das, was sie auf homeaway.com verspricht, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an daheim gefühlt. Das Zentrum der Liegenschaft (in einer kleinen Urbanisation) ist der riesige (von Senior Antonio täglich!! gereinigte Pool) sowie der große Hauptraum mit Küche und Wohnzimmer. Obwohl wir nur zu zweit gewesen sind, wurden alle vier Schlafzimmer aufgebettet und mit Frotteewäsche bestückt. Es gibt genug Stautraum (begehbarer Schrank) sowie genug Laden und Ablagen in den Badezimmern. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist in allen Bereichen gegeben und trägt zum Wohlfühlen bei. Ich kann diese Urlaubsvilla uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf weitere Besuche.

From the moment of the booking inquiry made to Jef up to the check out no complaints :-), service, cleanness, standard like in a five star hotel, though on the other hand enjoying peace, quiet and comfort of a spacious private villa with beautiful view, great pool  and high standard facilities - the large pool was very well looked after by Antonio and not to forget to mention his wife, who kept the Villa spotless clean! We were just the two of us, but Villa Annie can accomodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. As we spent most of the evenings enjoying the terrace, garden and pool area, the well equipped kitchen was highly appreciated in order to prepare dinner. It was already our 7th time spending a vacation in Andalusia, but the first time along the Costa de le Luz. We really liked the surroundings, the village of Benalup as well as the people living there, which gave us the impression to live amongst the native andalusian people. Throughout our whole stay we were not missing anything and spent a most memorable time at Villa Annie - thank you so much and we will hope to return soon!

Séjour Villa Annie du 05/08 au 19/08/2015

Bonjour, Séjour du 05/08 au 19/08/2015 Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, dans une superbe maison avec des prestations de très hautes qualités. L'aménagement de la maison est très bien pensé, vous y trouverez la climatisation dans toute les pièces, une pièce principale très agréable et 4 chambres très spacieuses avec chacune leur propre salle de bain. La terrasse est très agréable avec une grande piscine et une vue imprenable sur le golf. Jef vous conseillera très bien sur les activités à faire ainsi que les endroits à visiter. La maison est idéalement située entre Cadix, Malaga, Gibraltar et Séville. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région (Jerez, El Palmar, Tarifa, etc., la plage est à 30mn), n'hésitez pas à bouger et à demander les bons plans à Jef. Vous verrez aussi Antonio et sa femme qui s'occupent parfaitement de l'entretien de la maison et de la piscine. Vraiment, nous avons bien profité de notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir. Très belle maison

Séjour du 05/08 au 19/08/2015 Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. La maison est superbe avec une très grande pièce principale et 4 spacieuses chambres, l'ensemble étant climatisé. La terrasse donne sur une très belle piscine avec une vue superbe sur le golf. Jef vous accueillera très chaleureusement et vous indiquera tous les bons plans du coin. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans la mesure où la maison se situe idéalement entre Cadix, Malage, Seville et Gibraltar, la mers est à 30mn. La maison et la piscine sont parfaitement entretenues par Antonio et sa femme. Les prestations sont de très hautes qualités, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir très prochainement dans cette maison, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout faire dans la région. Famille Cantin & Absalon
