Ideally located in the area, between the Ballesteros golf course (18 holes) and the Durance golf course (6 holes + driving range), Equidistant from the shops and restaurants of the central square, the villa is quiet and not overlooked.
Enjoy the pool, the sun and the terraces.
The house has just been completely refurbished with a subtle blend of vintage, modern and Provençal.
The villa offers 8 beds for a surface of 120 m² with a beautiful flat and raised ground.
On the ground floor :
- A large living / dining room with French doors leading directly to the swimming pool,
- A fully equipped kitchen with, in addition to conventional equipment, an ice maker, a ham slicer and a beer machine.
- A parental suite with double bed of 160x200, cupboard and its equipped bathroom.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and plenty of storage.
- A separate toilet with its hand basin.
On the 1st floor:

For your comfort, you benefit from a concierge service. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided. Cleaning is included on arrival and departure.
You can park 2 vehicles in the villa.

The Pont-Royal estate is located not far from Aix-en Provence and Avignon.
It is also ideally located between the Alpilles and the Luberon, near tourist sites and magnificent villages
