We had the most amazing time staying the property. It was so well equipped with everything you might need. Each area was beautifully decorated and there were so many locations to relax and hangout in. The property is located on a golf resort which means there is lots of lovely local walks, a shop and plenty of restaurants on site. There are also lovely towns close by to explore. Vera was always quick to respond to any messages and so helpful. We truly loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much to our wonderful host for a brilliant stay.

Enjoyable stay

Excellent house located on the Pont de Royal golf complex . Best feature was a small but attractive garden with a decent pool and good shade. Walking distance to the resort centre, book any restaurants. Not for those with mobility issues. Carina and her husband looked after us fantastically.

Fantastic family holiday

The house was lovely and the owner & on site manager were very helpful and on hand with any advise that we needed. The owner had thought of everything that you may have wanted throughout your stay. The house was on a lovely golf course, and the restaurants on site were fantastic. The only this I would suggest if that you are aware that there are a lot of steps within the property, so if you do suffer with lack of mobility please bare this in mind. We did not have an issue with this and will be definitely booking again.

Wonderful!

We’ve just returned from a month’s stay at this property. It was superb! The kitchen is fitted with every gadget you could want, bedrooms spacious and good linen. Air con in kitchen, living room and upstairs landing. The pool is a godsend and lovely size with deep end. The whole property is relaxing, well proportioned, comfortable and well laid out. There are two toilets and two separate shower/bathrooms. There’s a small shop in the golf centre for essentials and a good selection of supermarkets short drives away (you do need a car as the location is within grounds of golf course and not possible to walk the distance ); we’ve had such a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend, thank you for having us, love Susan & Andy x

Relation facile avec le propriétaireTrès bon accueil par la personne en charge qui nous a donné de très bons commerces de bouche. Maison propre et très bien équipée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur..Conforme à l'annonce 2 bémols : présence de nombreuses marches entre les pièces à vivre, ce qui est dangereux avec de jeunes enfants. Electricité à revoir : VMC bruyante, prises qui sortent de leur boitier lorsqu'on retire la prise.

Belle déception !

Maison très propre,mais fort peu pratique : des marches partout au rez- de chaussée, non visibles sur les photos. Cuisine très sombre, "suite" parentale liliputienne sans dressing, dotée de l'unique penderie existante (minuscule pour une maison sensée héberger 8 personnes) et que l'on ne peut ouvrir complètement car les portes heurtent le lit. Toutes les prestations, du mobilier à l'électro-ménager - notamment la machine à laver conçu pour célibataire et vétuste - sont à minima. Pas de sous-taies d'oreiller (merci, l'hygiène !). Le jardin est agréable, bien qu'avec vis-à-vis plongeant, mais la piscine (-petite et mal conçue : seulement de l'eau jusqu'aux genoux sur plus de la moitié) est rarement ensoleillée. Impression générale : des propriétaires qui privilégient la rentabilité et l'amortissement de leurs investissements au détriment du confort de leurs hôtes. Impossible de se sentir à l'aise. Il y a beaucoup mieux dans Pont-Royal ! Toutefois, une mention à part pour Carina, la personne chargée de l'accueil, dont la disponibilité n'a d'égale que la gentillesse.

Bonjour, merci pour le temps que vous avez consacré à la rédaction de votre commentaire, même si celui-ci nous surprend car il est en contradiction avec les très nombreux commentaires positifs que nous avons reçu depuis 8 ans. La description de notre villa est très claire quant à ses caractéristiques : dimensions de la piscine 8x4 avec une première partie de 1m/1,2m de profondeur et une seconde en diamant de 1,80m , nombreux équipements disponibles …. Pour autant, au regard de vos commentaires, et des attentes parfois très différentes de nos hôtes, nous allons tout mettre en œuvre pour encore améliorer les prestations déjà très qualitatives de notre résidence secondaire car il ne s’agit aucunement d’un bien de rapport. Vous souhaitant une agréable journée. Cordialement

Super séjour

La maison est tout simplement parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bien placé, pas loin du centre du P&V. Carina est très disponible et n’hésitera pas à vous conseiller des bonnes adresses. Nous espérons revenir très bientôt!
