Great room and space for the price. Parking wasn’t the easiest to navigate, nor was the price listed in the description, but it working out. Great beach view and walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. Central location to everything.

The place was clean, however, the carpet was stained and looked dirty and the storm door was broken at the lower hinges when we arrived. It was standing open and you had to literally force it shut every time we came and went from the condo. Any amount of wind would blow it right back open. Also, there was a broken towel holder in the master bath that someone had temporarily fixed for looks. The balcony view and breeze was fantastic. It was easy access to everything on the beach, shopping and food as well. Very easy to work with! Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was super clean and well organized! We had everything we needed. They even reached out to us the following morning after our first night stay. The check in and out process was a breeze! Great location! Close to the beach and walking distance pool area and grill for cooking for the fam! Highly recommend! We've been visiting Gulf Shores for over 10 years. First time at Gulf House and we will certainly stay there again!Thanks for the memories!!

Not clean.Mold/mildew in both bathrooms. Carpet is filthy and stained. Patio furniture needs replaced, the wicker is coming apart. The ceiling are cracked and look dangerous.The storm door is broken and will not close. The curtains are broken from the guide Kitchen is updated.Floors and ceiling in main area are updated . Outside of that it needs repairs and a thorough cleaning.

Condo was clean, excellent ocean,beach and pool view. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Beds were mostly comfortable. The pullout sofa mattress needs to be replaced as well as 1 of the twin beds had a dip in it. Blankets for sofa bed were especially rough on Sun kissed skin. Plus we paid for 2 parking places and weren’t even able to park in our lot for half the time we were there. Over all we had a great girls trip. Friends for 40 years

Convenient!

Stayed here with my three young kids. It was a perfect fit for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so convenient to be able to walk to sea n suds on the beach! Would stay here again!

Perfect size for our girl’s trip. (4 adults). We had a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our trip. Really enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony. Only complaint was the sidling glass door was a little hard to open.

Family Birthday at the beach

We enjoyed our time there. Everything was very nice, and well equipped for all of our needs. We would surely enjoy coming again to the same rental. Only complaint we had was that we had to struggle to open the sliding door, it took two hands to open, other than that it was a very nice stay.
