Multiple beds in bedrooms. Beds include: 5 queen beds (1 pull out couch), 10 full (4 full over full bunk beds), 2 twin. Spacious backyard with two cornhole sets. Balcony with bay views. 2 very large living rooms with cable and Netflix . WIFI. Outdoor shower. 2 washers/dryers. Extra Refrigerator in Garage. 12 Beach Badges supplied for summer season. Bikes to travel back and forth to beach with. Only a 30 second walk to see great sunsets.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Stephanie was incredibly communicative, quick to respond, super helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip.The house itself is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It’s spacious enough for a big group of friends or family to stay comfortably, and everything was spotless when we arrived. You can tell it’s well taken care of.We had an absolute blast. Between the ideal location, the clean and roomy house, and the seamless booking and check-in process, this trip couldn’t have gone better. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect bachelorette weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette weekend with 13 girls. There were enough beds that everyone had their own and the layout of the house is so spacious! The backyard was perfect for sunbathing and games! Stephanie was extremely responsive to all my questions ahead of time and responded immediately when we had some questions regarding AC upon check-in! I would definitely book this house for future trips to LBI!

Great House for a Large Group!

We stayed at Murphy Manor with a large group, and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped with enough sheets and towels for 20+ people. The owners were accessible and answered any and all questions we had. The property is located close to the beach and bay, with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The backyard was an added bonus with lawn games and seating for many! AC and Wi-Fi worked well. Highly recommend this property!

Great House and Location

House is a perfect size with plenty of beds and living space, good sized kitchen and nice outside area. Came with 14 total people for LBI weekend, super easy walk to the beach and also to local restaurants. House was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cart, etc). and the property manager was very quick with any answers to questions. 10/10 recommend, we'd love to come back to this house next year again :)

MHCA Class of 2023

Last minute trip with 18 girls. They had such an amazing time and made so many memories before graduation. Spent most of the time in backyard having a cornhole tournament. Plenty of space for all. Communication with Stephanie was a breeze. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing these girls to blow of steam before graduating and moving on to the next chapter. 👩‍🎓

Weddng Weekend

We rented this house from Stephanie so we could have a nice relaxing weekend around our wedding. The pictures on here do not do it justice, it was such an amazing and gorgeous house with plenty of room for our joining families to spread out snd relax. The second livingroom was perfect for me and some family to get hair and makeup done. The photographer used the loft by the balcony to take some pictures and can not wait to see how they look. Stephanie was more than accommodating and very quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns that we had. Would definitely love to stay here again if we do another large group trip! Thank you!!

Golf Trip

Held a golf trip with 18 other guys and this house was absolutely perfect. Had a great time and communication with Stephanie was perfect. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a spot that can accommodate a big group with a ton of fun stuff around the property. Thanks again!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 families and several kids. The location is close to the beach and the house provided plenty of space for the different families and kids. Interacting with the owners during the process was easy and helpful!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Great off season beach weekend

Our family had a great experience at the Murphy’s house. Stephanie was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions, provided a crib and pack & play, and decorated the house for Thanksgiving. The house was very spacious and kid/toddler friendly. We loved the two family rooms and the big fenced-in backyard. Also, we enjoyed multiple walks on the beach as it was only a block away.

Owner is simply the best

The owner of this house was an absolute pleasure. We had a big group and a lot of questions- she answered everything extremely promptly and was so helpful. The house is PERFECT for big groups. There is so much space and plenty of beds for everyone. The location is great- literally a few blocks to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
