Located in safe residential neighborhood. Backyard is a private wooded Oasis! Close to shopping, restaurants and the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes drive to downtown Annapolis and United States Naval Academy. Also close to Kent Island, Baltimore and DC. Our home is Super Clean, Super Spacious and Super Comfortable!

Home has 6 private bedrooms with additional common space room set up for additional sleeping. Master has king bed, 5 rooms each have queen bed. Common space room has 2 full sized and 1 twin bed. Home has 4.5 baths. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished and includes linens, pillows and bed coverings.

1st floor family room with vaulted ceiling, 2 large over sized comfy sectionals, beautiful stone gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Family room opens into large eat-in kitchen which is fully stocked with pantry items, dishes, cooking utensils, pots/ pans, coffee pots, etc. kitchen opens to private back deck and screened porch surrounded by nature/trees, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the morning/evening hours. Screened porch has oversize comfortable furniture. Deck has Weber gas grill, large wicker couch, patio table/chairs and umbrella. Deck stairs opens to ground level stone paver patio with additional tables/chairs. Backyard is wooded Oasis...lots of bird varieties and routine Bald Eagles in our trees!

Our home is suitable for large and small groups. We are committed to providing you a great space to relax, enjoy and create lasting memories while visiting Annapolis and its surrounding areas. Lots to see and do!!!

Wonderful Christmas

Family from 6 states gathered for Christmas at Jean and Joe's, and it could not have been better. We enjoyed staying in, walking and visiting Annapolis and Baltimore. The house was great for games, big meals, sleeping in, staying up late and just relaxing. Thanks, Jean and Joe!

Navy game

Enough beds for 11 guys to sleep separately and comfortably in the house. Some convenient stores nearby to pick up coffee, sandwiches, and adult beverages nearby for a tailgate at USNA. Only issue we had was getting easy access to TV stations to watch MLB playoff on Friday night. Neighbors were friendly. Let us park our fifth car on the street next to their house on Saturday. Nice house, great stay. very clean.

Family Memories

The house was perfect for our family; we had room to spread out. It was well-maintained with all the amenities advertised. Our hosts were responsive to our texts. Even though the weather did not cooperate (rainy and chilly), it was great fireplace weather! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Annapolis stay, and we recommend this house to all.
