Furnished apartment located in the heart of the village of Le Monetier les Bains, Serre Chevalier 1500. Opposite the church and next to the Museum of Sacred Art and numerous shops.
Access all on foot, without a car. You are 3 minutes from the Grands Bains, naturally hot water and spa for a moment of relaxation and well-being. 5 minutes from the ski slopes.
The apartment located on the 1st floor of the residence includes an equipped kitchen with built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dolce gusto, toaster, raclette machine, kettle, .. a dining area, a living room with sofa and television.
It has a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom upstairs with a double bed 160 × 190 cm and 2 single beds 90 × 190 cm.

Très agréable séjour

Notre séjour était parfait. La communication s'est très bien passée. L'appartement est très propre et agréable. En plein centre du village. Très bien décoré.

Attitude propriétaire très moyenne

Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée et au départ avec la propriétaire des lieux. Chèque de caution exigé alors que rien n'était annoncé, par non plus de message en amont pour nous prévenir. Passe, les oublis arrivent, par chance j'avais un chéquier. Mais pas d'état des lieux écrit. Pour récupérer ce chèque de caution, l'état des lieux a du être fait la veille du départ la propriétaire n'étant pas disponible, et ce contre remise des clefs!!! Donc nous avons passé la dernière soirée et nuit avec un appartement ouvert dans une résidence également ouverte en permanence. Pas franchement rassurant tout ça. Cest la première fois que je suis confrontée à une telle attitude. Le logement n'en reste pas moins très mignon, très confortable et très bien équipé, et très très bien chauffé. Petit manque d'isolation sonore entre les logements et extérieur ( il est en bord de route de Grenoble au dessus du restaurant) mais c'est le seul petit défaut. Cette attitude limite limite de la propriétaire a vraiment gâché notre impression générale. Dommage !

Séjour très agréable, emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très propre et agréable, il est idéalement situé, en face de l'Eglise (arrêt de bus, commerces) et les pistes de ski sont facilement accessibles à pied. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Pratique, spacieux et idéalement situé pour les sports d'hivers

Logement situé proche des commerces et devant la navette qui descend au pied des pistes. Logement bien équipé. Le restaurant en dessous propose des plats à emporter. C'est très bon et pratique.
