Ground floor studio, with the possibility of using the terrace in a magnificent garden of a listed residence 13 minutes from Paris by RER E. Very comfortable bathrobes, slippers.
Quiet residential area, 3 minutes walk from the town center, shops, restaurants, café, beer bar, cinema and the RER station.
Disneyland Paris and Asterix 25 minutes by car and 45 minutes by bus, 35 minutes by bus to reach Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Shopping outlet 30 minutes from Vallée Village.
Swimming pool at 5 minutes, Bowling at 15 minutes on foot.
Various supermarkets, market place and 500 m from the edge of the Marne for walks or bike rides.
