The Villa Can Tomi traditional construction, fully enclosed large private parking, is situated in one of the quietest areas of Pollensa. It is located in the middle of the term of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa about 3 kms. Its privileged situation makes that is a few minutes from the beach, supermarket, Golf Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia and about 6 km from Formentor.
The property comprises fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, sandwich ... laundry with washing machine and ironing board, room with fireplace, satellite TV, wifi. 2 air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower and a loft with a sofa bed.
Outdoors: awesome views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Puig de Maria of Pollensa, land with native trees, gardens, open and covered terraces, barbecue with a large table, chairs and make it the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of this wonderful island.

Antonio's house is simply fantastic; it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is absolutely clean and better equipped than anything I have seen before. The location is perfect between Pollenca, Alcudia, and Port de Pollenca. You can quickly reach all the major towns with shopping and restaurants, as well as the sea.

Very nice and charming villa.

nice and quite rural location yet only 10 minute drive to Lidl and a local supermarket. I would recommend this property for people looking for a basic but clean villa. Nice roof terrace and patio area. Pool was a bit dated but was very clean. Owner was very nice and he spoke good English..Ideal for cyclists and hikers. Took under an hour to drive from Palma airport..kitchen has a dishwasher and a nice oven and hob. Washing machine in utility room I overall recommend this place..

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und von einem großen Grundstück umgeben. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Den Pool haben wir sehr häufig benutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns auch Ratschläge für Unternehmungen gegeben. Außerdem durften wir uns an den Zitronenbäumen bedienen. Das Meer ist 10 Autominuten entfernt, der Strand von Port de Pollenca sehr schön und es geht dort eine lange Promenade entlang. Pollenca selbst ist ein nettes Städtchen, auch ca 10 Autominuten vom Haus weg. Da es sehr heiß war während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir unsere Aktivitäten reduziert, nur noch kleinere Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternommen. Dafür haben wir um so mehr den Pool genossen. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Idyllische Finca

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern sehr genossen. Die idyllische, ruhige Lage der Finca zwischen Stadt und Strand hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und der Kontakt zu Antonio war durchweg angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very run down, lots of equipment not working and dangerous. Pool falling apart, owners didn't react, seemed that we were their last renters, kept telling us that it's going of the market for holidays This must be our worst experience in many years, didn't seem to acknowledge that we paid 180 euros a night.

Très belle propriété mais propriétaire très peu compréhensif avec jeunes enfants nfants

La maison est splendide avec une vue à couper le souffle. Cependant, nous voyageons plusieurs fois par année à travers le monde et c’est la première fois que nous expérimentons une expérience aussi négative avec un propriétaire. Le propriétaire ne respecte aucunement l’intimité et viens a l’intérieur de la maison aux 3 jours environ. Alors que nous pensions qu’il venait changer les serviettes, et bien non il vient vérifier votre ménage et votre état des lieux. Ayant 2 jeunes enfants (3 et 5 ans), nous avions mis des coussins et le matelas d’un petit sofa lit que nous n’utilisions pas par terre car nos enfants tombaient souvent en bas des lits simples. Le propriétaire nous a écrit une série d’insultes mentionnant que nous tenions sa maison comme un désastre et que notamment les coussins n’allaient pas au sol (je dois mentionner qu’il s’agissait entre autres de coussins de chaises d’extérieur et que rien n’était brisé ni même sali). Nous avions aussi laissé l’air climatisé des chambres fonctionner (alors d’ailleurs qu’une des 2 ne fonctionne pratiquement pas)….il nous a menacé de déconnecter l’air climatisé et de nous retirer les coussins (on se calme est-ce qu’on peut se parler poliment et demander au lieu de menacer). Aussi il y avait un joli bol de coquillages en décoration avec lequel mes enfants s’amusaient….aucun coquillage n’était brisé ou perdu mais il est venu le retirer. Comment dire….ce n’est pas bienvenue pour les jeunes familles. C’est dommage car la propriété, la piscine et la vue sont magnifiques et très agréables. Mais personnellement je déteste de me faire crier après en vacances même par texto alors que je n’ai rien brisé et venir me faire surveiller aux 3 jours pour voir si mon ménage est fait ou je n’aurais pas laissé un coussin par terre. Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié mes communications avec Antonio.

primero nosotros entramos en la propiedad cuando queremos y cada 3 dias mas o menos para el mantenimiento de la piscina jardines etc. pero nos fue imposible no ver como no respetan las normas de la casa. uestros comentaios sobre nosotros sdesde hace 6 años son muy buenos y la mayoria vienen con niños.el unico malo es de usted y quizas deberia hacerselo mirar.estar de vaciones en una villa significa que debe limpiar y dejar todo como lo encontraron y si usted en su casa tiene todosl los cojines tirador por el jardin etc etc es que no respeta las normas de la casa.espero si sigue asi no le alojen en ningun sitio mas..

tolle Unterkunft

wir durften 1 Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen. Viel Platz im Haus, sehr gemütlich und sauber. ein sehr schöner und besonders grosser Garten mit 2 Terrassen und einem tollen, eigenen Pool ! Völlige Privatsphäre und Ruhe und trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten nach Pollenca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Die Finca liegt ruhig, landschaftlich schön eingebettet. Für einen Urlaub ist das Haus mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet. Den Pool haben wir fast jeden Tag genutzt. Einfach toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko, obwohl das Haus schön renoviert ist, viele der alten, eigentlich sehr schönen Möbel, haben einen muffigen Geruch.

la finca no esta renovada,al contrario es nueva solo tiene unos años.el mobiliario es casi todo nuevo menos una mesa del comedor antigua que se le da liquido para su conservacion y quizas eso es el olor,pero no a humedad y menos en verano o estas fechas que aun no hace frio ni llueve por lo cual no hay humedad.un saludo

Toni is a very friendly Host. He has a lovely property in a quiet part of the Pollensa area. It is very handy for all the major Tourist areas. The property is very comfortable and has many shady and sunny areas to relax as well as a swimming pool. Recommended!

Urlaub im Urlaubsparadies

Hier lässt es sich herrlich den Rest der Welt vergessen. Die Anlage ist groß, das Haus großzügig, der Küchenbereich völlig ausreichend, der Terrassenbereich wunderbar. Lediglich die Reparaturen wurden nicht wie versprochen vorgenommen. So ging die Klimaanlage mehrere Tage nicht, bei Nacht um 28 Grad!, die Poolreinigung, insbesondere nach dem Sahararegen ließ auf sich warten und auch der Sonnenschirm ist immer noch defekt. Achtung, insbesondere Abends, wird man stark von Mücken heimgesucht. Im Urlaub ist das alles nicht so tragisch, deshalb haben wir hier tolle 17 Tage verbracht.

Nice property in a quiet area with beautiful views

The finca is located in a quiet and rather remote area of Pollenca but it is easily accessible. The house has all the amenities needed for a pleasant vacation, it is well maintained, very clean and everything worked as expected. All around there are beautiful mountain views. There is a large garden with beautiful flowers and trees.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. In der Küche gibt es genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Man kann an 3 Seiten des Hauses sitzen, sodass man sich Schatten oder Sonne immer aussuchen kann. Ideal auch für Kinder, da ein großes Grundstück und auf der Straße kaum Autos fahren. Grill funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Das Haus ist in einer extrem ruhigen Lage (zumal in einer Sackgasse) und bei Beginn der Dunkelheit hört man nur noch die reine Natur und sieht den Sternenhimmel – ein Paradies! Man hat den Blick auf das Gebirge. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zurückgezogen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Pollenca oder Port de Pollenca. Vom Flughafen Palma sind es ca. 50 Minuten.
