Excellent location

Great location to stay, rooms are clean. Host is nice and have necessary stuff (like coffee, snack) are available. We are happy with the stay.

Amazing Location

The location so close to the Duomo, many restaurants, and the train station was the best! You could go explore and then go back to rest without having to go far. The showers were a little small, but worked fine. The washer and dryer in 1 was also very helpful. Would recommend this property. Communication was good and we had a lovely time!

Perfect!

It was my first trip to Florence, and our stay here was super! Communication was great and check-in was very easy. Loved the elevator option since we are over-packers! Fantastic location!

Location was really good

Good information pack, plenty kitchen utensils for doing your own cooking, we had a cot and high chair for a 16month year old and they were both really good and a lift that was tiny but just enough to get the parent and little one together (fits two big suitcases) overall a good stay

Great Location Stay in Florence!

We had a great stay in this apartment! It was very spacious and everything was clean. It was in a perfect location and was easy to get around Florence from there. It was a little off the main square so it wasn’t too noisy. Check in and out was very simple and the communication with the host was great! Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property can't be beat. Right down the street from the Duomo. Highly convenient. Nice apartment with everything you need. Elevator is a big plus! Nearby restaurants and gelato were great. Highly recommend

Close to Historic District, Train, and Markets

Beautiful neighborhood that is centrally located. Top floor 'concerned' me (because I overpack and have too much luggage), but the elevator/lift was incredibly helpful!!! Check-in was thorough! Security was comforting! Would return in a heartbeat!!!

Great location

Great stay, apartment and location. Florence was really hot but the AC worked brilliantly which was needed. Only issue was the lift was too small to use with a pram, this should be clearer as we ended up carrying the pram up and down the stairs.

Steps from the Duomo

Family of 4 stayed at the property. Apartment was located on the 3rd floor. Location was amazing! About a 10 mins walk to everything. Restaurants close by. Advertised as an 3 bedroom apartment but is only a 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch in the main living area/off the kitchen as the third bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was handy though. Perfect for what we needed for the few days spent in Florence.

Centrally-located. Two bathrooms! Very clean, well-appointed apartment. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels just in case. Washer/dryer was a plus. Great experience, we loved our time in Florence!

Great holiday stay in Florence

Dimitri was a great host, communicating directions & checking us in easily. I had left my passport at the apartment and then needed a photo of it for train tickets, so I reached out to Dimitri and he quickly forwarded a photograph of it. The apartment is In a fantastic location, close to the Duomo and old town district, also just 5 minutes from the train station.

A Firenze Gem

This newly renovated and very quiet apt. is in a secure bldg. just steps from the Duomo. Loved the air conditioning, the powerful hot water showers and the lift, all pluses in Italy. Easy checkin and communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Flawless Stay

About as good as you can get for the price. Home was centrally located, as we walked both ways from the train station. Also close to everything that Florence has to offer. Just around the corner from the Duomo. Elevator was helpful considering it's on the 3rd floor. Home was clean and check-in was smooth. Pictures are accurate, I just wish. we had stayed another night or two!

Perfect location in Florence

Ambra the owner was very responsive to our checking in early. She greeted us with a lovely welcoming package of various food items. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with updated kitchen appliances. We were very pleased to find an American coffee machine which was very rare in Italy. We were a group of four adults from the United States The location was superb right between the Duomo and the SMN tain station. Couldn't find a better location if we tried. Thank you so much Ambra.

As advertised !

Location alone is worth it, easy to get to and close to everything you'll need. Listing is as as advertised, and includes useful guide book from owner. Noteworthy items would be the showers are tight, so if you're on the larger size they may not work great for you, and the living room screen is damaged, so if you like the windows open, watch out for mosquitos ! We enjoyed our stay, an additional sofa or two sitting chairs in the living room would have increased our rating to 5 out of 5 !

Great apartment in central location

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence at this apartment. Very convenient location, a 2-min walk to the Duomo, many shops and museums. The apartment was very clean. Having two bathrooms was really good and allowed us to have our own space. Beds were comfy, latex/memory foam mattress. Extra duvets and pillows for more comfort provided, which was nice as I get a bit chilly at night! If you are a very light sleeper, we could hear some noise from the streets below us, but the location is just off a main road so not too bad. The lift was a tight squeeze for two and bags. And was not working on one occasion. The lift was great for my friend who had a sore knee. The walk up stairs to the apartment was about 5-6 flights. Thanks for having us, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.
