Maisonette studio, completely independent next to our house, 15 minutes walk from the metro Mairie de Montreuil. Calm and greenery half an hour from the center of Paris (walking + metro). Includes a small well-equipped kitchen, microwave, electric hob, fridge freezer, electric coffee maker, 160 cm bed, desk, computer area, table and chairs, armchair, wardrobe. See photos

Nice place but to far from town.

The place was nice,but i have some suggestions to make it better: don't offer left overs from previous guests, some are expired and look discusting. Improve the acces to the shower, is very hard to enter sideways for regular people, almost dangerous. Be more clear about the traveling dustance from your location to the main city where all the turistic attractions are. Maybe, your location is good for people that have time to expend on Paris, not so good for when you have only 3 or 4 days. Long distance and long time to travel when you have few days. Thanks.

Ma sœur et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mme Millet, nous avons été bien accueillies. La maisonnette était sécurisée, conviviale et bien équipée nous avons manqué de rien. Un bon emplacement pour visiter Paris qui est à juste 20 min de Montreuil en métro. Merci nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Excellent petit séjour chez Florence

J'ai passé quelques jours très agréables à Montreuil, au calme et au frais dans ce petit coin de jardin. Florence était sympathique et accueillante. J'en garderai un joli souvenir, je l'en remercie.

Italiano: La proprietaria si è rivelata molto gentile, disponibile e mai invadente. Casa estremamente fornita (phon, disinfettanti, l'essenziale per lavarsi, ...), accogliente, pulita, perfetta! Zona in un quartiere periferico tranquillo, fuori dal caos parigino e ben collegata al centro con i mezzi. English: The owner was very kind, helpful and never intrusive. Extremely well-stocked house (hairdryer, disinfectants, essentials for washing, ...), welcoming, clean, perfect! Area in a quiet suburb, out of the Parisian chaos and well connected to the center by public transport.

Kleine Oase in der Großstadt

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Die Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Verkehr ist mit einem ca.20 min Fußweg Verbunden aber ok. Sehr ruhige und erholsam mit freundlichen Gastgebern.

Lovely place and kind host

A beautiful little place to stay with everything you need. The bed is so big, 2 people can stay there easily. Very quiet. Just one thing: To reach the main sightseeing spots it takes rather 45 or 60 minutes than 30 as stated in the descriptions. Also the bus that can be reached within 6 minutes of walk is often very crowded and not tge most relyable means of transport. It often takes the combination bus - metro - metro to reach the center.

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Pariser Innenstadt. Busse und Metro fahren alle paar Minuten. In der Ferienwohnung alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Schönes grosses Doppelbett. Ruhige Lage. Parkplatz auf der Strasse war schnell gefunden. Supermarkt und sonstige Infrastruktur in der Nähe. ldeal, wenn man den ganzen Tag in Paris unterwegs ist, keine überteuerten Preise in der Innenstadt bezahlen will und auch mitbekommen möchte, wie die normalen Leute leben.

Lovely experience

Everything was as presented in advertisement. The garden is very pretty with a variety of well-cared for flowers and herbs. The maisonette has everything a guest needs, from ironing board and iron to kitchen utensils and bathroom items. The hostess is charming, honest, and helpful. As a single female traveling alone, the neighborhood felt safe and public transportation nearby (buses 129 and 545) helped get me everywhere I wanted to go. A wonderfully memorable vacation at a very affordable price.

Příjemný pobyt

Pobyt jsme si užili. Výhodou byla zejména velmi pohodlná postel, docela dobře vybavená kuchyňka vč. některých základních surovin a příjemní a nápomocní majitelé. Celkově se zde člověk cítil jako v plnohodnotném bytě. Výhled byl do společné zahrady, přitom byt poskytoval dostatek soukromí. Nejbližší obchod není za rohem, ale je tam dostatečný výběr a hned před ním je stojan s koly Velib, takže metrem jsme se vůbec nezkoušeli dopravovat a pro cesty do centra Paříže jsme využili raději kola.

Séjour en Janvier

Séjour au grand calme, sans télévision, dans une très charmante maisonnette. Dans le petit jardin en face, un bambou bienfaisant se balance, et le chat mignon gambade et nous salue par la fenêtre.
