The apartment, located in the owner's house on the ground floor, has a terrace and a view of the mountains and nature. It is also appreciated for its silence and its sunset over the Dent Parrachée.

This 32 m2 apartment can accommodate two to four people maximum. A single room for two and a sofa bed in the living room allows the sleeping of two additional people. For the comfort of the tenants and the living space there are places to favor the rental for two or three.

The apartment is fully equipped, with; electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric heating, Wi-Fi available and a connected screen. The cottage is located 750m from the start of the slopes, shuttles to move between the different villages or to other ski lifts are free in tourist season and 450m.

The apartment is available for weekly rental in season, weekend and monthly in low season.
