This beautiful, Super clean and Safe, ideally located, infinite sea-view, wind protected Cycladic-style villa (140m2 +100m2 of outside pergolas), which is equipped with a new generation 2020 Alarm system for extra protection and security and a private brand-new hot -26- jets spa for extra relaxation, is set on 1.000 square meters of private land and is part of a very exclusive Estate. This villa , which is the biggest in this Estate, has two outdoor pergolas with dining and sitting areas (each dining table sitting 12 people), with access to a large shared swimming pool, offers great view to the Aegean sea, overlooking the beaches of Platys Gialos, Paranga(Scorpios) and Psarrou (Nammos) in just 3 klm away, the Airport at 1,5 klm, town/port at 3 klm.
High speed 50Mbps internet access inside and outside the house, Cable Led TV 37'', two Hi-Fi stereo systems (indoor and outdoor) and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules are available. Two safe-boxes in the house and -4-four fully equipped bathrooms.
Inside the villa, there is a tastefully furnished open-plan living and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms (the master in ground floor , the 1st floor bedroom with separate entrance and veranda, and the guestroom which is the biggest room with separate entrance and access to the back pergola, all with unobstructed Aegean sea view, and a 4th smaller bedroom with two bunk beds.
All beds are equipped with new mattresses.
Ideal for relaxing holidays, romantic escapes and family vacations where your children can play in the beautiful gardens with safety. It combines the tranquility of the countryside with the bustle and intense night life of the town, just 5 minutes drive away.
There is an orthodox church(privately owned) in the grounds.The Estate is full of palm trees which gives a tropical touch to the gardens, something rare in the dry Mykonos island.
Renting a car or bike is essential in order to make the best of your holiday, to visit the beaches and sights and to do your shopping. However, in less than 1 klm there is a bus stop which takes you to the centre of town and the beaches.
We can arrange transfers from/to airport/port (under a free paid by guests)
Daily one hour cleaning is offered complementary free of charge.
- towel change : Once every 3 days.
-Smoking is not permitted inside the villa and Pets are not allowed.
-Guests under 23 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
We expect guests to behave as they would in their own home and keep the house clean and tidy.
During 15:30-17:30 (siesta time) and also late at night, we request guests to keep the noise level to the minimum.
The host with her team are available at all times to help guests with all their querries.

Lovely villa

Beautiful Greek villa with stunning views and amazing outside space. Our host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had a super week. It was not really possible to walk anywhere from the property so a car was critical and the swimming pool area could have been more comfortable in keeping with the villa itsef

Beautiful villa!!

We had 7 people comprised of two families (3teens and 4 adults). It was very spacious. The driving to and from town was a little crazy but it wasn’t terrible with an automatic. A car is a must! The large property had plenty of privacy. The kitchen is small but we ate everything except breakfast out. We throughly enjoyed our trip! The views are great including the amazing sunset views! It was a perfect spot for our vacation! Thank you Sofia!

Spectacular views and a very professional host.

We had a fabulous 10 days staying here. The views are spectacular and I chose a different spot around the villa to appreciate them from every time I had a coffee or a glass of wine. Great outdoor dining and entertainment spaces. My teenage kids loved the jacuzzi and I liked having the private sun loungers, although there were always plenty of loungers available at the pool as well, which was larger than it appears in the photos. Sofia was a brilliant host from start to finish. Always available to answer questions on the area and the villa during the booking process and quick to respond during our stay as well. I would recommend the location for the stunning views, but also for anyone who doesn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle of Mykonos Town. We had the best of both worlds where we had easy access by car to the town but also plenty of beaches around the island. A car is a must if staying here. Sofia recommended a great car hire company who we also used to arrange a couple of late night pick ups for when we didn’t want to drive ourselves. If I’m heading back to Mykonos in the future I will definitely be contacting Sofia again!

We had aa wonderful time here. The house was gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Sofia was very responsive to our questions. It was great having someone clean every day. The island was terrific and Sofia provided excellent guidance about where to go, beaches, etc.

Beautiful Property!

The Aegean Villa was an amazing place to spend my two weeks in Mykonos. I am an avid traveler and have rented many properties for both myself and clients. This was a family and friend vacation and we had some guests come and go. I was clear with Sofia up front on who was going to be in attendance and when, and Sofia was accommodating and helpful with ensuring that linens were changed appropriately, etc. Overall, Sofia was a highly gracious and responsive host and the property was of high quality. The description accurately represented the villa, which was helpful when deciding who would be placed in each room (they varied in size, etc). Everything worked well at the property and we had no issues with the facilities at all. The doors and windows were solid and secure, and the alarm system was new and worked perfectly. The pool was amazing and refreshing and very clean. The daily cleaning service was very helpful and convenient. When I did have a question, I would send Sofia and message and she responded very promptly. The info she sent me prior to our arrival was also very helpful. I would suggest you rent a vehicle (Sofia recommended an agency that worked out wonderfully), as the property is not walking distance to anything. By car, everything on the Island is close and easy to get to. We also used the iMove app, which is transportation on call. We even used it for moving all 8 guests at once by minibus. I would LOVE to rent this villa from Sofia again in the years to come. It would be an absolute joy to have this property truly be a home away from home in beautiful Mykonos. If you can do so, rent this property. Whether you want to sit outside in the AM and sip your coffee while overlooking the Aegean, or sit in the clean and hot spa while winding down after a day of sightseeing, this is the place to do it!

Outstanding Villa made for a Great first visit to Mykonos.

The villa was more than we could have hoped for. The location was simple to get to, and the views from every room were breathtaking. the separate apartment was perfect for our teen daughter to have her space, and would work well if 2 couples were traveling together. Sophia was outstanding about communicating with us once we made the reservation and provided plenty of great suggestions on what we could do and places to go during our stay. The shared pool was wonderful, and their new jacuzzi provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. We did have one issue with the power on the first night, but Sofia and Stanos quickly responded and made the glitch a very minor item. The covered terraces were great to just relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding views. The villa lived like a second home and you want for nothing. To fully enjoy the area, you should plan on renting a vehicle. It is quick and simple to get to pretty much anywhere on the island, but to get to the south beaches, airport and Mykonos Town are very short drives away from the villa. We would gladly stay here on any future visit to Mykonos, and fully recommend it to others looking for a place to stay with older kids or multiple couples.

We had a wonderful time staying at Aegean View villa! It was a pleasure to meet Sofia and her husband once we arrived. They have explained everything in detail to make our stay more comfortable. We were visiting Mykonos with small children and this villa is great for that. everyone had their own privacy and were not separated from each other at the same time. There is also a guest house with a separate entry that can be used for friends or family members who'd like to have extra privacy. Location of the villa is nice with very easy access to the most beautiful beaches, town and all the restaurants. There is a very clean and deep pool on the property with an excellent view to the Aegean sea. We will definitely be back!
