Quiet annex to lovely villa

This is the basement to a beautiful villa. You are sharing with the owners but they are discreet. They helped with the few problems we had quickly and kindly. We stayed three weeks and would recommend.

The reception and the hosts, who also live in the house, were very nice. The pool is beautiful, the location quiet. However, the apartment (not a "villa") was very sobering: acrid-musty smell in the living area, especially from the kitchen cabinets, which were also damp under the sink. Many ants in the apartment. Poor mattress in the bedroom. The blankets provided also smelled so unpleasant that they were impossible to use. The grill mentioned is rusty. In the bathroom there is only one broken towel rack next to the toilet, so there was no way to hang towels in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom is stuck so it does not close quietly. All in all, unfortunately, quite shabby. The fact that an additional 70, - € are due for a final cleaning, was not mentioned in advance in the advertisement. Would you invest a little and and, for example, also simple fly screens to protect against the many mosquitoes on the bedroom windows, the apartment with regard to moisture and foul odors rehabilitate, the apartment would be fine for simple requirements.

Venant de Belgique pour rendre visite à notre famille, fille, beau fils, petite fille de 7ans, nous louons le ''Bas de Villa'' à Colomars. Après un accueil chaleureux, le lendemain de notre arrivée nous avons très vite déchanté, après un accord pour nos deux chiens, la possibilité de loger notre petit fille dans la cabane de jardin doté d'un matelas avec sa mamy. Des reproches pour nos chiens et la visite de notre famille, il nous fallait l'autorisation des propriétaires pour avoir de la visite de notre fille, Pour ce qui est du logement nous sommes dans les caves de la villa qui sont aménagées. en appartement. Dès l'ouverture des portes il y a beaucoup d'humidité au sol, aux pieds des murs, odeurs désagréable de moisissures dans l'habilitation, dans les meubles déjà évoquer par d'autres vacanciers, vaisselles cassées, ébréchées, barbecue en tôle très instable et qui n'a de nom que barbecue, plaques de cuisson rouillées difficultés de bien fermer la porte d'entrée, Pour des vacances non loin de Nice, avec de la chaleur pas possible d'utiliser la piscine après 18 heures ni les jeux d'extérieurs , parce que nous sommes logés chez l'habitant et que ceux-ci restent maîtres de leur logement, Jamais je me suis senti à l'aise pendant mes vacances. Triste vacances pour moi et ma famille,

Bel endroit

Cependant assez isolé. Obligation de prendre la voiture avec les routes sinueuses. Appartement sale avec des toiles de poussière, oreillers bas de gamme. Équipements corrects mais vieillissants. Propriétaire sympathique. Région magnifique à visiter absolument.
