Sheepfold in pink granite in the heart of the maquis, nestled on a 2-hectare plateau on the mountainside (Col de Zivia) overlooking Tizzano. Ideal for a couple, group of friends or family. Up to 6 people.

Fully refurbished old sheepfold of 80 m2 with top-of-the-range comfort, air conditioning and unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.

Swimming pool accessible from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Lounge Bar / Restaurant at the entrance of the property, with a music event on Tuesdays and Fridays with a Corsican music group and DJ.

Possibility to rent sheets and towels (house linen) on request with additional costs (request by phone or message), to be paid on site.

Mandatory cleaning fee to guarantee health security.

Superbe séjour, dans une maison bien équipée et située sur un emplacement exceptionnel, à l'écart du monde et avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Tizzano.

Abgelegene Idylle

Sehr abgelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht von der Terrasse. Das ganze Häuschen ist mit dem Naturstein sehr originell. Hervorragend um mal abzuschalten. Die Anfahrt ist zum Schluss sehr steil und abenteuerlich, aber machbar :-) Einkäufe sind mit ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zu erledigen. In näherer Umgebung ist fast nichts, nicht mal ein Bäcker. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett! An einem Tag wurden wir kostenlos mit einem Geländefahrzeug zu einem unzugänglichen aber wunderschönen Stand gefahren.

Séjour qui aurait pu être idyllique si................

Ce que nous avons apprécié : - La vue fantastique et l'emplacement exceptionnel - Le charme de la bergerie - Une plage exceptionnelle à 5 mn - L'accueil et la disponibilité de Dominique - L'accès au potager familial Ce que nous avons moins apprécié : - Les 5 Jack Russel des propriétaires qui viennent quémander lors des repas et font leurs déjections à nos pieds . - Le manque de soins sur les petits détails qu'on est en droit d'attendre au prix demandé pour la location : bouteille de gaz pratiquement vide , ampoule grillée ( changée par nos soins ) , pas de produit de rinçage ni de sels dans le LV , pas de tasses à café , pas de petites attentions ( bouteille eau fraîche à disposition ) - Non respect de l'accès piscine ( soit elle est en maintenance , soit occupée sur le créneau horaire dédié ). - Une chaleur étouffante dans les chambres ( seule la pièce principale est climatisée et pas de ventilateurs dans les chambres ) - Des frais de ménage et de locations de draps et serviettes pas très clairs sur l'annonce et exorbitants soit 100€ pour le ménage ( fait en 2 H max ) et 90€ pour le linge soit 190€ en tout et payé en cash svp ! - Enfin pour finir les commentaires désobligeants de notre logeuse sur la tenue de la bergerie par mail après notre départ alors qu'elle était bien sur place pour encaisser les 100€ de frais de ménage. Je tiens à préciser que nous sommes des anciens hôteliers et louons actuellement nous même plusieurs logements depuis 10 ans , nous savons donc de quoi nous parlons et ce à quoi nous devrions être en droit d'attendre sur ce type de prestation. Le bar lounge est très bien , une vue et une décoration soignée par contre les prix vont avec et ne vous attendez à aucun geste commercial pour les locataires.
