A 40 m² living room dining room and kitchen equipped with all modern comforts + a 15m² living room

- 1st bedroom with 160 cm bed and private bathroom and sanitary, flat screen
- 2nd bedroom with 140cm bed overlooking the garden
- 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking the garden
