About this property
Family winemaker Loizo
In the heart of the village of Assas, our family winemaker's house, built in 1920, is located on the renowned terroir of Pic St Loup wines. You will be able to appreciate the charm and authenticity of a typical and preserved southern village with all its small shops at only two minutes on foot. You will be a few minutes from the tram to go to the city center of Montpellier, and 30 minutes from the beaches. Under a hundred-year-old lime tree, you can indulge in the pleasures of idleness by the pool with its summer kitchen. We have preserved the old-time charm of the house with its original cement tiles, integrating, discreetly comfort and modernity. The air conditioning will allow you to spend sweet and cool nights.
We will listen to you to advise you as well as possible, we can also offer you experiences that will allow you to discover our beautiful region differently than through tourist guides.
Ideally located, the house is 30 minutes from the beaches, but also 10 minutes from a lake (Lake Cécélés) with its tavern, a river: the Hérault (20min) ideal for kayaking, not forgetting the mountains : Pic St Loup is 15 minutes away, where you can go hiking or learn to hang glide, the Cévennes massif being a little further 40 minutes away. On the village, many paths, pacing the scrubland, allow you to do running or mountain biking, a manade and an equestrian center are nearby.
The cooperative cellar regularly offers tastings and themed evenings.

Tres belle maison vigneronne
La maison Loizo, typiquement vigneronne, a été restaurée avec beaucoup de goût en préservant tout son cachet d'origine sans concéder sur le confort (literie excellente, électroménager neuf). Calme absolu. L'aménagement des abords de la piscine est ideal pour profiter des extérieurs (cuisine d'été avec barbecue, lave vaisselle, aucun vis à vis ). Le village, entouré de vignes, comprend les commerces essentiels. Echanges très sympa avec les propriétaires qui ont toutes les attentions pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Nous sommes restés 10 jours mais de sûr, très envie de revenir pour la maison et la region ;)
