We are happy to welcome you in our small studio, very well located opposite the Saint Etienne north hospital.
A double bed with desk, Kitchenette and toilet Bathroom.
A TV, and internet via wifi in the accommodation.
A private outdoor parking space.

One minute walk from the direct tram station for the center of Saint Etienne and a taxi station.

Bathroom linen and sheets are provided.

A small ironing board and an iron are stored in the cupboard if necessary.

In the bathroom you will find a first aid kit, a hair dryer and some hygiene products to help out.

You will also find a desk to work and a table to eat for two or three people.

On the ground floor a washing machine and a dryer are available.
