Very beautiful air-conditioned studio renovated in a three-star hotel, feet in the water, comprising a large room of 28m2, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchenette on the terrace protected by a blind against the fiery afternoon sun and a splendid view of the marina on the sunset side.
Internet, WI FI and wall-mounted TV with Canal +, TF1 channels .....
it is located in a pleasant and practical environment with two swimming pools, a private beach on the east side, equipped with deckchairs, a SPA, pétanque and basketball courts, and numerous shops and restaurants in the marina and its surroundings. A shuttle bus connects Fort de France in 15 minutes. 3 km from a golf course
in addition to the refrigerator, an individual freezer, a small washing machine, an individual air conditioning to compensate for the defections of the central air conditioning
a 4th bed possible with a 90 cm mattress on the floor
you can practice surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, ping pong, table football ... and entertainment
