Very nice studio equipped for 2 people located on the 3rd floor, consisting of a main room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
A fully equipped kitchen, hob, microwave, mini oven, refrigerator, washing machine. Bathroom with toilet.
A balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the good weather.
Closed private parking with fence.
Service: bed made on arrival, provision of towel.
Option Cleaning end of stay to ask the agency: 70 €
Rental WIFI BOX: 39 € / week
Pet package: 18 € / week
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and will be made imperatively before your arrival (no cash or check).
